Dragon Inn — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

Imagine having customer service so bad that even getting Chinese takeout makes u not wanna go back. I’ve been going to this place since I was a kid and as a customer who has been coming here for years I have never felt so disrespected. I called to order take out with people who have never tried this place and the person on the phone was just plain rude.When I asked simple questions such as what time they close and if they can still take our order, it turned into a lecture of how we’re wasting his time when he thankfully decided to take our order for delivery he kept pressuring us to make a decision because he wanted to close. We understand that we were ordering 20 mins before closing he could have kindly told us “no”, that they are preparing to close but instead he was condescending and saying that he’ll take our order but he isnt waiting for us or that we’re wasting his time. If it werent for the current state of the pandemic making our takeout options low I would have hung up the moment I heard...

The wonton soup is double wrapped in undercooked dough, and thrown into a watery mixture that tastes of a ramen packet. I threw it out.

The rice was not bad, but the sweet and sour chicken needs to be launched into the sun and destroyed before it lays eggs. They're double fried or something (old and then fried again?) Because they cut up the back of my mouth. AND they (the nuggets) burned through the styrofoam. My work desk was covered in the sour and soy sauce .

Dont eat here!!!! A waste of star to rate them, but the service is very very bad. The owner treats his customers with such disrespect. I use to be a regular there them I noticed it started looking more rundown. Because the food was good I still went but I got tired of the owners attitude you'll your it's him he's there art the time with his nose up like he's doing you a favor eating his crap. Well" you can't make special order request for them not to add ingredients to an order you like. So if your favorite food had nuts and you say pleases don't add the nuts or pork, they won't do it and it leaves you ordering something you don't like.. The owner uses the front of the restaurant like a storage there's empty boxes stack up everywhere. The floor looks like it hasn't been mop in weeks.
