Unfortunately, as a returning customer I had an unpleasant experience and rude staff member by the name of Sergio today while ordering my pizzas. Recently this location re-opened due to updating restaurant. Primarily, the first day of reopening my order wasn’t baked properly and a reorder on my next visit was completed. Sadly, today the order wasn’t acceptable as the crust was ripped and torn out of the normal pan rim so I requested a remake. Also, the remake was requested with the two extra toppings I paid for. Due to the pizzas still not satisfactory I requested a refund. Sergio was unprofessional and rude while I was waiting to be refunded by verbally stating to me that “ You made me make 4 pizzas”…..while biting his lips as though he was going to do some me. As I explained to Sergio, it is very rude and unprofessional to speak such an unprovoked comment to a consumer that is requesting a refund because their food or the food quality doesn’t meet their standards. I also shared with Sergio that I have been coming to this location for years and I have never had anyone speak or say such a negative feedback to me in a disrespectful manner such as he did this afternoon at 2:06 PM. Next because Sergio was so rude I did ask him for his name. He refused to give me his name however I did have my receipt that displayed his name based on the refund that I had requested for, so I am leaving this post in effort to ensure that his director or his supervisor or Corporate reviews this Message online and address his behavior towards...
Read moreThis is my second and last bad experience with this location. The first bad experience was a pepperoni pizza that I ordered there. It was not fully cooked.
The second bad experience happened today. I wanted their original 3 meat pizza. Which consist of bacon, pepperoni & sausage. These fools told me that they'd ran out of pork sausage, imagine that. The employees told me that they should have more sausage by tomorrow. Absolute bullsh*t. I'm impatient, so why in the world would I waste gas to come back the next day when I want pork on my pizza right now, today?? Then she said they could put beef on the pizza instead. I said no thank you, I have the taste for pork. She told me that there was nothing else she could do or say. Because there is nomore pork sausage. At that point, I recognized that I was at an impasse with a jackass, so I just left.
I never manage a pizza restaurant before. However, it doesn't take a business major to realize that it's imperative to have an abundance of all the basic ingredients (bacon, pepperoni, sausage, sauce, dough, cheese, etc.). To make enough pizzas for your business to sustain the demand for your customers dumb ass.
Take my advice, you stand a better chance making your own pizza at home than spending your money here. Remember, you have been warned. Do not go to this location. They are horrible. Go to another Little Caesars location, or just order...
Read moreI walk in for pick up like I do almost every week having used the little Caesars app with t-mobile. MY NAMES IS ON THE PIZZA PORTAL… for pickup. That doesn’t happen unless you put my order in the pizza portal and clear my order as ready for pickup which then sends me a notification. I punch in my number 001 but the door was already open and no food was in there. So where did my order go? They have no idea. I tell them my order is missing and shrug his shoulders. I show him the order on my phone and he refuses that they ever received the order. You can’t make up this stupidity to try and lie your way out and what??? I just walk away with no food and no refund. I ask how to get a refund and he just stands there and stars at me with a blank face. I ask them to remake the order since I paid… He refuses so now it’s clearly about his ego and being told he made a mistake. A random person probably walked in and took it. You’ll stand there for 10 minutes while employees ignore you too. They’re simply miserable garbage people who want to suck you down to their level because they work a teenagers job.
