Ordered a chicken panzerotti. The guy at the window repeated the order back to me as pepperoni. Whaaaaa??? Not sure how you confuse “chicken” with “pepperoni”??? I corrected him - “chicken.” After getting home and biting in, it was neither chicken nor pepperoni. Maybe a Classico? LMAO and SMH. If you don’t have it, say so, don’t just ignore an order and say whatever. I have zero tolerance for wrong orders. Super scattered and slow operation. Their menu poster fell on the ground after I ordered, and the guy making the food handled the dirty poster and stuck it back up, and never replaced his gloves as he went back to the food. Yikes! And then, it took over 10 minutes for the order to be ready. At an empty truck. So I really should not have been surprised the order was wrong. Just glad I’m not sick. Yet.
EDIT: Hilarious with the “Italian food isn’t for everyone” response. Low-key dig that Asian customers have no taste for Italian food? Hahahaha. Would never call it out if not for the fact that I got similar indifferent, borderline nasty vibes, from the skinny dude taking my order. Just funny that someone is taking the banner of “Italian food” with a basic af street food like panzerotto… SMH. That said, $8 panzerotto, so of course it must be “gourmet Italian!” Lmao. The panzerotti was actually good. Just the wrong one. 0 for service and making customers...
Read moreWent to the location of Google maps, could not find the restaurant. Called them, they confirmed it’s on the west side of the street and next to the tool store. I still could not find it, after driving around for 20 min my lunch is over and I still haven’t even found it. I drove around the entire shopping center, and the shopping center across the street. Maybe if you own a business you should consider making the online location correct so people can actually find you. No street view outside the restaurant either for clues, and the location shows this place is next to a road where there isn’t even a building. It’s almost like they don’t care about making money at all, if they did you think they would try to have a half decent Google profile so customers can...
Read moreI heard about "I love Panzerotti" online, and finally found their location and decided to give it a try. What a great find! This is the authentic Italian pizza and panzerotti (similar to a calzone but not the same!) run by real Italians. There are benches to enjoy your meal, and nice music playing. Mind that this is a food truck, so on your casual days, come for the food, come to practice your Italian, come for the music, you won't be dissapointed. They are next to the DECO boutique hotel, and take cash and credit card. Parking is free on the street or parking spaces from the hotel....
