UNBELIEVABLY RUDE AND HORRIBLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.... Ordered a simple egg and steak breakfast to go from a waitress that was apparently "distracted on the phone." Got back to my office to eat it and it was 2 strips of bacon instead of the steak. I drove all the way back to get it swapped out for the correct order.
The waitress rudely informed me that we both must have been distracted when the order was placed because we were both on the phone. She told me that she charged me for the bacon and egg breakfast and the price difference was $1.00 more for the steak and egg breakfast. Not that I would pay the extra dollar at this point, but I really didn't have cash on me. Their credit card minimum is $5.00. They refused to eat the $1.00 difference, even though I tipped $1.50 on a $6 meal, so I requested a refund.
I called back to speak to the manager and spoke to the owner's son even though the owner was present, again, another rude interaction. Unwilling to apologize or recognize how ridiculous this is for $1.00. Not exactly sure what country in central america they learned customer service, but they should probably change the curriculum down there. Mistakes happen, I totally get that and that's not the issue here - the absolutely rude responses, lack of apology, and resistance to make it right for the customer, especially for such a small amount/issue is absolutely preposterous.
Congratulations, you lost my business and the business of my staff at your establishment over $1.00. Phenomenally bad/rude customer service!!!! AVOID...

We ordered and waited, food came out promptly but unfortunately as i began eating scrambled eggs with ham I noticed something black, which i was very close to dismissing it as a fried crumb thank the lord I payed attention to my inner thoughts and looked closely, it was a pretty big dead fly mixed in on my eggs. It was a eye sore because it immediately took away my appetite. I decided to be discreet and call the waitress over and show her the bug . Here goes the big one the restaurant still wanted to charge me for the breakfast and not even deduct the coffee and toast. I was flabbergasted at how rude and thoughtlessly they disregarded my feelings and refuse to compensate their mishandling of someones meal. I decided to be the bigger person and pay knowing that I was the one who lost out. Hopefully I can warn some folks out there about my experience so it won't happen to you. Read moreThe manager and server at the window are absolutely disrespectful, rude, insensitive and prejudiced. After driving 3 miles on a 30 min lunch break, i was given the wrong item. I was told that i had to return the item in order to get what i ordered. I had to clock out, without pay, and drive back to make the exchange. I asked the manager for a soda for my troubles and because i was hungry, and he loudly and openly said "absolutely not, sorry, everybody makes mistakes" and walked off. I was completely taken aback and ashamed and felt dehumanized. There was no reason for this response as our communication was completely professional, which leads me to believe it is because i don't look like him. I called him back and he said "what" and totally ignored me. Needless to say i promptly requested a refund and will never patronize this business again, not because of the soda but because of the public disrespect and lack of sensitivity and customer service skills.
