I honestly have to say....Hands down the best pizza in my life. You always know of the pizza is going to be good by the crust... Just sayin!!! This crust is like homemade bread. It raised up perfect and was crunchy on the outside and airy on the inside. The thin pizza was the perfect match for the crust. The ingredients were authentic. Real stuff. There are only 2 tables to dine in. The owners were the nicest people you ever want to meet. A great family business with great work ethics. They take the time to have a conversation with you. This is BY FAR the best, most authentic pizza within 100 miles in any direction. He’s been there 6 months and I didn’t even know. I went to a place next door to pick something up, and saw this pop-up AUTHENTIC Italian eatery. I got a pepperoni pizza, and the Roma sandwich. The dough is sent from Italy, everything he has is sent directly from Italy. Best lunch I’ve had in years. He makes everything directly in front of you fresh. The owner, Marco, is a superstar. His food and service are outstanding. We are in town on vacation and ordered lunch via delivery. The pizza and pasta was as authentic as can be (coming from a person who worked in Northern Italy for years), and Marco’s dedication to customer satisfaction is bar raising.
