Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

Today I visited this location (Sunrise & 15) Surprisingly I was the only car in the drive thru at 1:20pm. One would assume that we wouldn't have any issues....WRONG! The young lady that was at the window was nice. She asked what kind of sauces I wanted and all. Once i get our food 2 meals and an order of tenders. (I asked for more honey so she knows who I am) STRIKE 1, I pull off and realize she didn't give me my drink so I had to go turn around and go back. STRIKE 2 I get back to the office and I have tons of ketchup, and jelly which I DID NOT ask for and none of the sauces that I did ask for. STRIKE 3 My mashed potatoes were DISGUSTING if I had time to drive back I would've they were runny and had this weird looking orangey looking grease in them! STRIKE 4 One of the meals that I ordered I asked for Mac & Cheese twice on this particular order and they still didnt get it right and gave my co-worker the DISGUSTING MASHED POTATOES! In all honesty what annoys me is that it's not cheap so I don't expect crappy food or service. The food from this location is consistently poor, often burnt and dried out, clearly not fresh and bordering on unsafe to eat. On top of that the employees working there insist that you drive your car out of the drive through to wait in a separate location for your food. I have waited upwards of 20 min while others go through the line and get their food immediately. I also get the wrong items or completely missing items on both occasions I've gone. 3 times specified classic chicken sandwich, one of the most ordered items on your menu but I have yet to receive this item correctly. I have nothing against Popeyes, love the food and the location in North miami is great, but this place should be removed. Fast food is about convenience but there is nothing convenient about driving back multiple times just to get what was paid for. And how the heck do you run out of ketchup twice? Came in the drive-through and Joseph took my order in a rude manner and tone not sure why they’re placing people on the speaker who is not professional or carry any mannerisms to talk to people. I simply wanted (2) orders of a 5 piece 2 can dine, towards the end I notified him that I had a code for the order as well. He rudely cut me off to exclaim “why did I not notify him this in the beginning?” Dismissing me as if I destroyed his entire life, and quickly removed my order and told me drive up so I can place my order AGAIN ? I just wanted to buy chicken I’m not sure what the issue is with Joseph and why he felt to give me such an attitude as if there is no consequences behind it.
