I stop at this location with for a simple order #1 with no oions but of course the burger had onions on it. I also wanted to purchase additional items but was told by the young lady who took my payment and gave me my food "we don't take orders at the window" and that I would have to drive around to the call box again and place my order. She had no idea if I was ordering a drink or 100 Whoppers. It was disappointing to have to drive back on to Sunrise Blvd and them make 3 additional turns to get back in line at the call box for a drink and a try. If it were for me I would have just left but it was for a unhoused gentleman who just wanted something to eat, so I made the sacrifice to help. It is strange that can't take an order at this location at the payment and food pickup window, all the prior locations that I visited will accommodate to get the additional revenue. I am comfortable assuming the location has lost a significant amount of additional revenue and potentially have lost customers because because of this policy. If it was for me ai would have driven away without it. The burger was trashed due to onions and it very messyly put together. It was just bad and should have expected it due to extremely long wait for both orders, wait was beyond reasonable. Also, may I suggest gratitude class and smiling class. The young lady never said thank you and never smiled at all on either order. I didn't feel welcome at this location and the burger was thrown together sloppyly and was not appetizing at all.    Read moreOn August 22nd 2020 two employees and I went to this Burger King for lunch and I pulled up to the drive-thru and said hello because I've waited a couple minutes and the person on the other end said you just pulled up you can wait in a very rude voice and so later on that day I called her manager and told her and she said I'm so sorry I will talk to him and you can come back and meals are on us so I come back today on August 23rd 2020 for lunch for the three of us and said hi I spoke to someone about the problem I had yesterday and that the meals are on us and they had no idea what I was talking about so they call a man Roosevelt I guess general manager and says that I need to talk to him but before I called a call heavy set lady was being rude saying that she was there and that she didn't hear anything about food giving out and it was supposedly a employee that was acting like a manager and then I called mr. Roosevelt and he says that he never received anything about the incident and told me to come back tomorrow on August 24th 2020 and so I just decided to leave once they gave me one free mail and not three like I was promised and the free meal that I got was greasy soggy and the fries were not even salted like they normally would be so I will be calling corporate and hopefully they're not the same as this Burger King as far as communication and courtesy I hope to everyone who comes to this Burger King get a better service than I and hopefully this Burger King will have better management soon because it is not the professional environment that is going on in...

I watched her mess up orders and go back and forth with customers just to be completely wrong EACH time. Thing is, she doesn't even apologize. She cuts her eyes and goes on a rant in creole through the kitchen. I ordered online and when I got there I waited 15 mins before they started making my food. When I got it, it was missing cheese. I asked for the cheese to be put on and was told, i didn't order cheese because it wasn't on the receipt she had. This was the same thing she had just told a customer who ordered meals in the drive-thru and didn't get his fries. He presented his receipt and she said, "Well it wasn't on mine" and turned away. My receipt was online so I had to leave because the service was bad. I returned minutes later with my receipt on my phone. She started going on about well I don't see it and finally checked the register/computer. Goes back and forth with me when I just wanted what I paid for. Said it's the system fault and walks off. I waited for fresh food that they were reluctant to make. Ms. Alex brought me my food incomplete, so I had to wait for my onion rings. I got them asked for napkins and zesty sauce. She walked away and told someone else to do it. I spent 45 minutes at BK today and trust they will never see me again. BK just a heads up, Leadership is important, her team follows her lead.
