King Hong — Restaurant in Fort Lee

I normally don’t like giving bad reviews but this one is a must! we ordered a lot of food on the menu this Saturday, everything was old food nothing was fresh made the eggrolls was socked in oil the white rice and fried vegetables rice was super dry hard and tasteless. my wife ordered sesame tofu which usually comes with a lot of sweet sauce on it and Broccoli on the bottom it was also very dry and tasteless the tempura tofu was old taste gooey and soggy. we also ordered a L vegetable lo mein for the kids which came also dry zero taste with only a few very thin pieces shredded carrots and a few cut small pieces of broccoli. The Fried dumplings came with no sauce and the dough was hard Like a stone! I called the place to let them know how disappointed we are, the owner was super rude and told me that she knows me and that I am always complaining about the food, This was the first time in many years I ever had to call any food restaurant and complain about the food i usually just let it be and won’t order anymore, but this time the food was so bad that I had to let them know and write this review. We ended up trashing it all and ordered pizza! the owner didn’t even apologized or offered a compensation. They lost our business I’ll never...

We seriously love this spot. The food is always fresh, clean, and super tasty without being heavy. You can tell they really care about what they’re cooking. No MSG, not overloaded with salt, oil, or sugar. Even the fried chicken comes out light and golden, not greasy at all (the clean oil makes such a difference).

What I appreciate most is that the dishes aren’t drowned in sauce. Everything tastes balanced and you can actually taste the ingredients. My family and coworkers always feel happy and healthy, never that weighed-down feeling you sometimes get after eating takeout. This place is our go-to, and will always be our go-to even after we move and we recommend this place...

This is the ONLY Chinese takeout/delivery restaurant in Fort Lee that CHARGES A DELIVERY FEE. Food is nothing different and the portion is really really small compared to other Chinese takeout/delivery restaurants in Fort Lee. Last night I ordered a special combination plate for dinner and it was 85% rice and 15% entree LOL. Please have some decency! We are all suffering from covid and its aftermath, dont rip off your customers! If you want a even WORSE experience, try Jade Fort Lee, they are the absolute worst.
