They've gotten my order wrong one time too many. Not long ago I ordered a few bagel/lox/capers/tomato/onion for some family I had visiting from out of state. They left out the tomatoes and onions, and gave hardly any capers at all.
I felt so duped, because I've been unimpressed in the past but I really wanted to give them another chance. I mean, they deliver! How awesome would it be if they just got the food right!
When I called to talk to them about the messed up order, the woman on the phone just seemed annoyed, and to make up for the mistake she offered to take 50 cents off of my order "for the tomatoes."
