I showed up at 0700 and ordered a coffee and 2 sandwiches. I waited for 20 minutes on the food and had to leave before receiving them. They were not under manned and they did not have a huge line when I got there. They simply had a slow lazy employee in charge on making sandwiches. This is exactly why people stop going to certain franchises and spend their money at the competition. There is no reason why a customer should have to pay for the food then wait 20 minutes for a simple order. Its extremely frustrating to watch an employee leisurely walk around and slowly do their job when the two other employees are moving with a purpose. My ticket number was 78 and by the time I left the other employee had called out order 112. If you want or need coffee I'd recommend just walking to Burger King at least you won't have to waste half an hour...

Bottom Line Up Front; The Soldiers time is priceless and this place takes entirely too long to provide a service to its customers. I stood in line today from 0855 until 0915 waiting to receive 1 Angus Steak and Cheese wrap. This is just ricidulous!!!!

Recommendation: The coffee makers that are in the front next to the cashier needs to be moved to the back or on the side of the store IOT make room for another cash register to accomodate for customers in a timely fashion.

Addtionally, the dough-nuts need to be covered up to alleviate flies and other insects and germs from being passed on to the customer, possibly making people sick.
