I canāt even explain how many times this store has disappointed me. Iāve ordered a triple iced espresso with WM and PS multiple times and they never EVER swirl my shots with the sauces which is standard procedure. I went in and waited 30 minutes for one sandwich and one beverage - the partner on warming was putting more than 2 sandwiches in the ovens when they can only evenly warm 2 of the same sandwich. This resulted in my husbandās sandwich being completely cold in the center, frozen even and these are supposed to be thawed prior to stocking for health and warming reasons. Iāve ordered a caramel brĆ»lĆ©e latte and theyāre priced higher at this location without tax than off post locations that include tax, plus again they donāt bother swirling shots so the first sip is like warm milk. Behind bar is honestly filthy, even when itās slower. They need to rethink their standards because nothing is made appropriately. The process of nonstop studying is daunting enough as it is but it makes me feel so good to know that I can get work done at an establishment with the nicest of employees. He's a great barista and he is always quick to see how it is that he can assist without you even having to ask for help. He spotted me walking around the store looking for the wifi and asked me immediately what he could do to help.... plus he always has a smile on his face and is incredibly chipper!
