Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Liberty

I can’t even explain how many times this store has disappointed me. I’ve ordered a triple iced espresso with WM and PS multiple times and they never EVER swirl my shots with the sauces which is standard procedure. I went in and waited 30 minutes for one sandwich and one beverage - the partner on warming was putting more than 2 sandwiches in the ovens when they can only evenly warm 2 of the same sandwich. This resulted in my husband’s sandwich being completely cold in the center, frozen even and these are supposed to be thawed prior to stocking for health and warming reasons. I’ve ordered a caramel brûlée latte and they’re priced higher at this location without tax than off post locations that include tax, plus again they don’t bother swirling shots so the first sip is like warm milk. Behind bar is honestly filthy, even when it’s slower. They need to rethink their standards because nothing is made appropriately. (((EDIT REPLY TO RESPONSE: i jist came back and did the sawme order today and wow its even more awful than before ehich is crazy.. they put whip when it clearly says no whip but thats not wven the issue i would just ignore that.. my drink tastes SO BITTER so foul i sipped it on the way out and just tossed it in the trash outside, its almost like they made it this awful on purpose. because its hard to make a carmel frap taste this bitter and foul its crazy!!! )))), made my order totslly wrong took forger and the chik at register had her apron toes dragging all over the floor she was walking around the main lobby like that.. thats disgusting so when she or someone ties that its covered in floor germs.. no to mention in the back they touch the cups on the inside its just not cleanly. they got my order so wrong i wont be going back to this location ever lol it was EMPTY and they still were super slow and got it all...

I've been coming here to Bar Prep and Lamarr (Lamar with 2 R's :0)) has made the experience pleasurable each and every time. The process of nonstop studying is daunting enough as it is but it makes me feel so good to know that I can get work done at an establishment with the nicest of employees. He's a great barista and he is always quick to see how it is that he can assist without you even having to ask for help. He spotted me walking around the store looking for the wifi and asked me immediately what he could do to help.... plus he always has a smile on his face and is incredibly chipper!
