Let me start out with saying this is the FIRST bad experience. Me and my family come in to eat quite frequently. Always inside and its always really good. This time we got the 50 wing family package. We pick up, and immediately get told twice there's no name for the order we had put in until I said "50 wing family" then he found it. Ok I thought hes new, its ok, it happens. Get my food and wait about 10 minutes for a gallon of sweet tea that comes with the meal.... why was that not done prior? Ok not a big deal. I get home, there's 5 of us eating, 10 wings a piece. Simple, right?... well we were missing 10 wings... kinda easy to catch when split easily... just saying. I think Ok I'll just call, simple fix. Nope, I'm explaining the situation, and I get oh they said they made it and as I'm listening to him, the guys in the back you can hear complaining and saying no no we made that shit etc etc. Unprofessional yall relax. All while I'm explaining to the cashier, he starts cutting me off saying we'll make it we'll make it . At that point, I just said nvm, don't wanna cause issues have a good night. Coming from someone who's been in the food industry.... 14 years now? And an assistant general manager at a restaurant AS OF NOW. this is.... kinda pathetic. On top of that... food was not even warm. Work on your people skills, and food temps, it'll get you farther trust me. Kinda sucks coming from a place where we've literally made a place to go...

I ordered 10 wings (5 hot and 5 Cajun), and the onion rings. The onion rings seemed like they were battered in pancake batter, which made them extra greasy and practically inedible. Please try a thinner batter like a tempura batter. I promise this will be much more well received than what youre currently using. The hot wings had the heat index wanted, but the flavor was lackluster. The Cajun wings were great 👍.
My remaining two gripes were the lack of any way to use a wet napkin. If people are ordering wet hot wings, they need a wet wipe of some sort. When the napkins are thin as toilet paper, and the bathroom doesn't have paper towels to wet and wipe a person's face off after eating wet hot wings....that's no Bueno. Either install a paper towel dispenser in the restroom so people can clean up better after eating the wings, or offer some form of clean wet wipe with their meal.
The server was great. I tipped my usual 25% to him. Really hope the right people are reading these reviews, and these very simple changes are made. They're nothing crazy, or unrealistic things to ask, but they'd absolutely make the customer experience much better.
Hope the...

If you're looking for a place that serves up flavorful wings, good drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere for the whole family, look no further than Wing Co. & Bar.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted like family. Its laid-back and fun, with enough sports TVs to keep fans happy, but still cozy and clean enough to feel right bringing kids along.
The menu has something for everyone. Of course, the wings are the star of the show. Come on Wednesday for $1 wings.
The staff was fantastic!!!!! The bartender (Keyon) was the BEST. Everyone was attentive without being overbearing, and incredibly patient with us 1st timers.
One of the biggest surprises was how well this place balances the "bar" and "family" elements. The bar side offers a great selection of local brews, cocktails, and daily deals for the adults, while the main dining area stays casual and kid-appropriate. Go ahead and grab some crayons and coloring pages for the kids when you arrive.
All in all, this is the kind of place that makes you want to come back—whether it’s for karaoke night, a casual dinner, or a weekend lunch with the kids. But manager Ralph makes sure everyone nails that vibe!
Highly recommended for families who love good food and a relaxed, friendly...
