This is a very sloppy unprofessional establishment. The employee at the first drive-thru window was extremely rude. The employee said something along the lines of that I always cut in line every time I come to the drive thru and threatened to refuse service to me in the future. They made the false allegation and threatened me after handing me the receipt. They were attacking my character and showing a lot of hostility. I don't know what they were hoping to gain other than loosing a regular customer and getting a bad review. If they thought that I was going to entertain there allegation, or make me feel backed into a corner with the threat of not being provided service they sorely miss calculated their decision making. I've been coming to this McDonald's regularly for the past year, sometimes everyday and I would have continued to do business with this McDonald's for years to come if they had not provided such an unpleasant customer experience. There are plenty of other options out there. Every customer you loose adds up cumulative. If one customer spends $500 a year it may not seem like a lot, but when you loose 10 customers a year you're business is loosing $5000 in annual revenue. There are no second chances. Read moreso apparently the managers job is to difficult and she isnt qualified enough considering i was here for 20 minutes in curbside and had to call the store to remind them i was still here and waiting for my food. i watched THREE people from the drive through pull into spots and WALKIN to get their food after waiting who knows how long in the drive through and then another 10+ minutes in the parking lot. the manager likes to hang up on customers when they point out that they’ve been waiting 20 minutes and get told they need to wait another 10 when cars have already pulled up a left with their food at this point. little homie working the first window needs to lay off the dope cause he can’t even speak a proper sentence from being so high. the manager gets paid way to much to be sitting there arguing with 5 SEPARATE CUSTOMERS over them not having their food. of course though after 30 minutes of waiting the manager will personally bring out your food but just give you attitude and not even say sorry or your welcome when you say thank you. and then you end up having to go through the drive through anyway, sit at the speaker for 10 minutes just to be ignored and then pull up to a window to get assistance because she failed to put part of your order...

Let me go ahead and give you all a heads up about the app. I've been using apps to get deals for about 5 years now and McDonald's is no exception. Your crazy if you go to any fast food joint, especially McDonald's and don't come away with some free food!. The app allows you to do so easily and quickly all the while earning you more free food just for using it. I always get a "buy one get one free" burger and something or another for free just for using the app. What I'm trying to say here is that considering the cost of things, most of us need some kinda edge , especially in this high priced day and age and the McDonald's App is an ideal way to accomplish this.
