Most days when I get off of work, I will stop here to get the bacon pretzel chicken sandwich as a grilled chicken. Usually staff is pretty cool. However, tonight, I met your manager/supervisor named Angela. The person who took my order didn't seem to put it in till after, or let the guy on the drive through just figured out what I ordered, A woman took my order, not the kid working the drive through who looked to be barely 18. I don't feel like they paid attention to my order, it was just one Sandwich. She was callous and rude to her employee working the drive through. At first, they attempted to charge me for another order, and then when I explained to the guy at the window that I just wanted the pretzel grilled chicken, he asked to wait, and she pretty much shouted at him to wait. He waited, then following this she came over, fixed the order but really didn't show him, and I was proceeded to be charged for a regular grilled chicken. To my dismay, I headed back and informed them. As I told her that I order the grilled pretzel chicken, she told me that this is what I ordered, and couldn't or didn't want to acknowledge that I ordered the pretzel. I asked for my money back. This was around about 10:20pm. On first trip. And second about 10:51pm I live in this town, and get back just in time before the store closed. On both trips, I felt like I was being rushed so that they may close the store on time. Big fan of sandwich, not big fan of the person leading the charge...
   Read moreIâve always liked Wendyâs and still do. But today I decided to venture to the Wendyâs near where I was working because I had the wendyâs app and had a really good coupon. I showed up and I was told they do not accept coupons there. Okay cool, a little disappointing but oh well nothing i could do right. Well I get my order and I notice on the tray they serve orders on is an advertisement that says âDownload the Wendyâs app for great offersâ. This infuriated me because I just paid twice as much on two meals as I initially intended to and they are advertising the program I was trying to use. So I confronted the manager and she was aware of the advertisement and she said she is aware they are false advertising a program they do not participate in because itâs the only advertisement they have.    Read moreI am a sports official. I was visiting the Fort Lupton CO Wendys on 85 and HWY52 right before a game, around 3pm. I had a question regarding the price difference between the mini Frosty and the Small Frosty. In the Denver area the Mini is 1.39 and the Small is 2.39. I was received by a young lady at the register. When I asked why this Wendys is charging 2.39 for the mini Frosty her reply was i dont make the prices. I then asked for a manager just so someone can explain the price discrepancy to me. Sher stated she was a manager and before she can get another word out a boy came to the counter and said "shut the @#$% up" . I was surprised and the he blurted "get the @#$% out ".
