I always love to come to Better Blend! I am a regular at the Clifton location. My first time at the Fort, right location. As soon as I walk in the two male and female at the counter, looked at me, looked at each other and gave each other a look. The male walked away As I was placing my order. Mind you I have a cold sore on my lip. The entire time I ordered she was staring at my lip, made me feel so uncomfortable. If it bothered you, you should’ve looked away you could still hear me not looking at me. My experience here was very negative and I don’t think I would be back to that location. I come here every Tuesday morning when I drop off my child for tutoring. This morning we ordered a mango smoothie. It was pure water and disgusting. When I explained that I literally watched the person making it struggle and was asking their coworker for help and they ignored him; one of the girl respond saying “ I did tell him how to make it and he added water.” I did not go there to buy flavored water.

I was with some friends on 8/25/23 and visited for the first time. It took a long time for us all to receive our orders. When we finally did get our smoothies, not a single person enjoyed theirs or finished them due to a very chemical/fake taste. One of us even got sick later that evening. One of the employees had her boyfriend there and he stared at us while talking to other employees about who we were/why we were there. I had hoped for better in this place.
