Biggby coffee renovation success
As a self-proclaimed foodie and coffee enthusiast, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to visit the newly reopened Biggby Coffee in Ft. Mitchell. Having been a fan of this establishment in the past, I was eager to see what improvements had been made during their grand reopening. I'm delighted to say that my experience was a truly positive one.
First and foremost, the service at Biggby Coffee was outstanding. The staff was not only welcoming but genuinely friendly and attentive. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here, and the staff's enthusiasm added an extra touch to my overall experience.
The interior of the café had received a much-needed facelift. The new floors and furniture were not only aesthetically pleasing but also exceptionally clean. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the fresh and inviting atmosphere. The updated interior contributed to a comfortable and relaxing environment, making it the perfect place to unwind or catch up with friends.
One of the highlights of the newly renovated Biggby Coffee was the addition of new monitors displaying the menu items. This technological enhancement not only made it easier to navigate through the extensive drink options but also added a modern touch to the overall experience. The menu was clearly displayed, making it simple to choose from the wide range of delicious beverages and snacks they offer.
Of course, despite the updates, one thing remained consistent: the quality of their drinks and the level of service. I ordered my usual favorite, Lisa’s Luscious which is a latte with white chocolate and raspberry , and it was as delightful as ever. The barista skillfully crafted a perfectly balanced blend of espresso and velvety white chocolate , resulting in a rich and satisfying beverage. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly shone through.
The grand reopening of Biggby Coffee in Ft. Mitchell was a resounding success. The combination of great service, a clean and modern interior, and the same exceptional drinks made for an unforgettable experience. Whether you're in need of a morning pick-me-up or a cozy spot to relax, Biggby Coffee is definitely worth a visit. I will certainly be returning to indulge in their delectable offerings and enjoy their warm and friendly...
Read moreThis was our first time coming here and we will not be back. We ordered two coffees and a cinnamon roll. I had to walk outside to take a work call and my husband sat at the counter waiting for our things. They sat my coffee down and announced it, then sat another coffee on the counter opposite of mine. My husband grabbed mine and then waited. He finally ended up asking if the other coffee on the counter was his (since there are no indications on the coffee as to what it is). The girl tells him “that’s why it’s important to listen” and then says she has no idea what the coffee is. Instead of asking her other coworkers, she ignores him. He finally had to ask again about my cinnamon roll and the coffee which none of them knew about, again, and ended up remaking it. The music was way too loud and no communication between the staff. Could be a decent spot, but the lack of “systems” and communication amongst staff makes it miserable. Other customers were having the same problems and acknowledged the...
Read moreI only live around the corner from the place. Usually spend about 10.00 when I go and add a tip. The turkey, bacon and cheese on an everything bagel with butter is amazing! So why did I give them a1 star.. The customer service is really bad as far as customer interaction with the employees. You don't get a good morning when you come in, by many of the staff, hardly a thank you, barely here what they say to you, no smile, very unfriendly demeanor and body language. It's sad, young ladies, who are outside, very pretty ladies but have very little customer service skills. If they would learn to say thank you, have a good day and make the customer feel welcome and want to come back, the place could be a really nice spot. This is only on the weekdays before heading to work. Whoever the manager should really encourage and train the employees and if you did, do a refresher course. I don't drive and it's on the way to the bus is I would go somewhere...
