Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Mitchell

Won’t go back here, first off my order wasn’t taken correctly, the total came to 7.47 when normally for me it comes to 8.30, I thought maybe it’s cheaper here idk. But then I got to thinking she didn’t put it in correctly bc I saw the lady with my drink starting to put whipped cream,, thought hmm maybe it’s not my drink… welp it was mine. I order venti iced white mocha with sweet cold foam and caramel drizzle… when I said something both the girl who took my order and the one making my drink looked at me crazy looked at each other crazy then the drink crazy…. Like I didn’t order it, not my fault the girl didn’t put it in right, no customer service skills, not a sorry mam let me fix it no acknowledgement to me about it at all so it was so awkward… finally after 2 more mins of waiting she brings it with the lid not on and says be careful the lid isn’t on I didn’t want to push it down bc then it would come out the top. At this point I was just ready to go…. From order to finish a good 12 mins.. with only one tall drink in front of me. They need more training or either they just started today…

Update: thought I’d give them another try didn’t want to go out of my way to go to my regular Starbucks, it’s been 3 months so maybe everything is different. I was wrong, there’s a ring of white stuff at the bottom of my drink, there isn’t caramel drizzle on top but a huge glob of caramel and it doesn’t taste like my drink. Walk in get my drink off counter woman behind counter stares at me with death eyes I said good morning thank you she continues to stare and say nothing. Must be from this review….. anyways if she had a problem why not say something rather than give someone the creeeps??? Not coming here is...

This Starbucks messes up my very simple order every single time I go, I get the same thing 2 Carmel frappacino with extra Carmel and ONE with no whip that last part “no whip cream” seems to be very challenging for them even tho it’s on the label they either put no whip on both or vise versa they do this same thing with the extra Carmel I just don’t understand how hard this drink can be for them to continuously make these very lazy mistakes Starbucks cost way too much for them to not take the time out to make the drink correctly because they’re too busy goofing off with the other coworkers to read the label and it’s very annoying having to scrape the whip and or tell them they made my drink wrong because they’re too busy doing who knows what instead of looking at the label on the drink they’re currently working on, I would only bust the Florence location but it’s very far out just very disappointing this happenes...

Went in this morning on way to work for venti blonde roast and venti iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I had to wait a few minutes to be acknowledged by either of the two baristas. In their defense they were making coffees, but clearly saw me standing there and did not acknowledge my presence. After placing my order another customer came to order. However, her drink was prepared before mine and no it was not pre ordered as I heard the barista ask “the usual?” I work in a service industry and even if I cannot assist the customer at that moment, I acknowledge their presence. I understand people have off days and will try again as this was my first time there and I do believe this...
