I go to this Dunkin during the week. The morning crew they have right now (7-8) is phenomenal and so sweet. They have my mobile order done in less than 5 minutes. They will have conversations with me and when I need something (or missing a donut), they are always assisting. In the past, I've had to ask for help after standing there for a while. Now, the employees ask as if they're so fast I shouldn't be waiting! :) I used to go to Starbucks every morning until they got really slow (waiting 25 mins for mobile order drink inside). I enjoy that this location is conveniently placed on colonial and the service is great.
the only absolutely ANNOYING part about this location is the drive thru line. When I place a mobile order and do "drive thru" (which I never do anymore for this reason), nobody allows you to merge. I mean, Floridians hate merging / allowing people in their lane and this is no different. It's frustrating since my food is already done. I'm just grabbing it. They need a better system for the drive thru mobile orders but until then I'll just park and run inside. They're quick when you mobile order...

I recently had a very disappointing visit to a Dunkin’ Donuts location. I ordered a frozen coffee, but when I received it, the cup was only half full. I pointed this out to the staff, but they seemed completely uninterested in correcting the issue and barely acknowledged my concern. For the price I paid, I expected to get a full drink, not a watered-down half portion.
To make matters worse, the Wake-Up Wraps I ordered were stale and completely flavorless. They tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. I could hardly get through one bite, and when I brought this up to the staff, their response was dismissive. They didn’t offer to replace them or even apologize for the poor quality.
Overall, it felt like no one at this location cared about the quality of their products or the satisfaction of their customers. Dunkin’ Donuts is usually my go-to for coffee and breakfast, but this experience has left me questioning if I should return to this store. She should be manager instead of the young Brazilian girl there!!! I went in one day and I go there about once or twice a week and there always speaking Portuguese talking bad about customers and I always stay quiet, one day I ordered 6 orders of hashbrowns and they only gave me one hashbrown and I said I need my other ones. The girl at the window told the manager and the young manager rudely said in Portuguese that it was my fault and that I have to go back around the drive thru and called me an idiot in Portuguese.
