The WORST EXPERIENCE I walk in, I asked for a flat bread meatball sub, very simple, he pour all the sauce on the flat bread, I’ve never seen anyone do that before, his the expert, usually they put just the meatball a tab of sauce. I get in my car, I take it out the bag,the flat bread have already fallen apart. It’s all over my clothes, car seat, it’s a mess. I call the store to ask for a refund, clearly he doesn’t like making sub, this is not the first time he ruin our sub( we usually don’t say anything), this time, ITS THE WORST IVE EVER GOTTEN. he told me I should have told him no sauce, it’s my faul. It’s common sense not to flood a flat bread with sauce, really, it’s never been told before, I’ve never seen so much sauce on it, it’s not a pizza. He then tell me with an attitude, that he can make me another sub, well, I don’t want another sub at this point, he tells me there’s nothing he can do about it, it’s my fault. I ask many time for corporate number. He refuses with an attitude. As some one who work customer service this young man is unprofessional and really doesn’t care about his job. Not once did he take accountability. Sadly I do get subway for my kids once a week, I will not be purchasing from this location. Read moreWe come here all the time & today there was two young girls there one who was every rude from the start, as we go up to place our order she says so what do you want with attitude, while the whole time she acts like she doesn't want to even be there, then as we go up to pay my husband looks at me & tells me, 'so thats it then hun' the young girl with the attitude problem looks at my husband & say what did you say, what did you say, while trying to not be disrespectful back my husband looks at her & say I was talking to my wife, so we let it be & go sit down & this attitude young girl just couldn't leave alone being disrespectful & starting talking about us with the other young girl, I'm trying to let it be so I get on my phone & take pictures of myself at the restaurant to document where I ate on the app I have, helps with counting calories when it brings up the menu & this young girl with her attitude just flips out & starts with you cant be taking pictures of me, mind you I wasn't even taking any of her but myself, subway u should really be ashamed of yourselves for not training your employees right & leaving them alone before they where train right, my company will never go there again especially when being g treated this badly by an attitude...
