McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Myers

Horrible experiences at this McDonald. I was picking up food for Uber Eats and there is ALWAYS a delay waiting in line for pickup. While other McDonald's allow Uber Eats to walk directly to the window to pick up the order, this one doesn't. About 3 times, apparently a (female) manager (can't remember her name) on the night shift, told me in the early morning that she had to use the pick up line and wait for my turn because that was the procedure at this McDonald's . It is the third time that this same manager says very romantic words to me in front of my wife, perhaps to make us feel bad. In addition, she said that the owner had a lot of problems at this place with customers taking food sometimes without paying because they didn't confirm on Uber or DoorDash and then customers wanting their money back for issues and mistakes and that for that she was there to save that money that the owner had to replace to the clients. She also commented that she still doesn't have enough employees to run this business due to pay. I then told him that the owner should provide better pay to the employees to keep them happy and working in a better environment and that I would contact the owner to let him know, why not? Both the manager and the new teller clerk started repeating, "Yeah, we want more money, so I left the place to do my delivery. Honestly, it's a hard time when I have to use this place for Uber Eats. My kids and I and our friend and her kiddo went here on a Sunday about 1pm. We ordered our food at the exact same time. My friend and her sons food arrived quickly. 45 mins went by and me and my kids food still was not to our table. I took my number and went to the front to talk to an employee. It took another ten minutes to gain the attention of an employee to figure out my food had been sitting there for God knows how long. She gave me the food and it was cold. I asked if it could be re-maid. They had to get a manager (gloria) and I will say this is the worst kind of service and help I have EVER gotten from any so called manager. I explained my situation and she immediately put her hands on me and pushed me back telling me I was in her space and across the line on the floor.... she still got me my food but to no surprise the food was still cold. While standing up at the front to gain the attention of an employee their were atleast 10 other disgruntled customers and they all asked to speak with a manager and she blatantly ignored them and or said no I won't speak with you. The food was prepared horribly they forgot the condiments for my son and his Happy meal they forgot the condiments for my meal they didn't even put napkins in the bag. The parking lot was filthy and the staff was short with me although they have an accent. It was very hard to understand them. The time we ate in I did notice the Foreigner behind me ordered their meal with no complications at all stepped right up ordered and then moved to the side and waited in line don't go to fast food restaurants where the staff are so rude. I don't go to the fast food restaurant to get asked to go wait in a parking spot either I come for fast food convenience. The past couple times I've come here I've been asked to pull into number one or two parking spot to wait for them to prepare my meal and bring it out only for it to be wrong both times If you want to be treated horribly and get food that was prepared without any type of care. Your burger just smashed in the bag fries all over the inside of the bag not even in the box no longer hot just cold meal mixed together no napkins this was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. This all didn't happen at the same time this was the last three times we've visited. I'm sure they have good days so I gave them two stars. And they are lucky to get both.
