Normally I don’t find myself compelled to review things that don’t have a significant impact on my day to day life, but sometimes, it’s the little things that make a day better. I visited this location during the end of lunch rush and there were 2 crew members working to handle the influx of customers. While you could tell they were busy and feeling the pressure to meet the demands of everyone as quickly as possible, they did it while greeting every customer, appearing content to be in the service of their customers, and while working as a team and remaining detail oriented with accuracy and the distributions of toppings on everyone’s sandwiches. I was impressed by their maintaining a projection of being pleased to serve the customers, rather than the often loathsome attitudes of people at these sort of service professions. We all know it’s not the paycheck motivating them to wear a smile. The energy isn't always exciting anyway I tried using my card and mind you I'd just used my card at a different location. The employee tells me that it's my card... They need to upgrade the tap machine most people don't feel comfortable using their actual cards to swipe. Get better "technology" as she, the employee put it saying that it's the new technology. Something subway doesn't have apparently. I've never had an issue with the worker either, I guess it's just one of those days "Monday"! SUBWAY UPGRADE...
Read moreUsually I have had great experiences here until lately.Since the blond headed girl has left and they have the tall Hispanic guy there at night it has went to hell.They are supposed to close at 8pm however tonight at approximately 7:51 pm I arrived and the guy had the door locked and was cleaning already and 2 more customers pulled up as I did and he waved us away..Subway needs to hire people who want to work at this location because it was clear that guy hates his job that he closes 20 minutes before time…that’s a huge...
