Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort Myers

My family and went to this taco bell to each lunch. From the very beginning it was a huge disaster. The guy on the register didn't know much of anything. The front end did nothing what so ever to keep it looking clean. Myself, other customers and my family had to walk over spilled pop more than once due to lack of cleanliness. My order was wrong so I went up to get it fixed. I asked for a fork and they rudely ignored it. Than I went to sit down after receiving my new taco and noticed that my daughters slushy was not in our order. So I again went to the front counter to address my other issue. The crew ignored me and when I caught one of the cooks attention she shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know who can help you. So I waited and management kept walking past and eventually I had to motion the cook back and asked her again that I needed someone to get my daughters slushy. Finally she grabbed a co worker and he made it for me, yet the whole time this crew member had a horrible attitude. My mom had to go the whole meal without a beverage because their soda machine wasn't running up to par. So after much frustration. I went back up to the counter and waited for a crew member to address me and everyone ignored me once again. So finally I demanded to speak to a manager even though it seemed like a waist because the whole restaurant was a mess. So while waiting for a member of management, my mom and I noticed that they were mopping around dirty floor debris instead of cleaning the right way. It was very gross. Once the manager showed up, first of all she couldn't speak English. I believe that if you are a member of management that deals with all race customers you should at least be bilingual. So I'm standing there telling this woman my frustrations and she walked away to get a different manager. This next manager came up to me and I simply got no where. I told her how I was very unsatisfied with my experience. How her store is a mess. How her employees are rude. How my order was messed up in 2 different directions. How my mom couldn't get the drink she bought and paid for and had to go without. All this manager could do was argue and say sorry. She offered nothing without me standing firm and telling her to fill my moms pop from the back drive through window. Finally she did. Than she got a huge attitude with me and I told her I will be writing a bad review based on her store because of her poor management skills and ability to keep a happy, healthy and clean environment for her customers. I will never be returning back to this location. I give this review 1 star only because I have to choose one to post. But in all honesty. I give this location ZERO STARS. I DO NOT recommend this taco bell...

Not really sure how to rate a Taco Bell, i rated it based on it being a Taco Bell. I've learned to manage my expectations and accept things for what they are. If you too have reached this level of harmony, then you will be pleased with your Taco Bell experience.

What do they have? Glad you asked. They have tacos and taco related creations. If you're expecting something else, you're either stupid or drunk. Just order a #1 and go home, you'll be okay.

Perhaps one of the most delightful things about Taco Bell is that when you ask the person at the Drive Thru how they are doing, they will cheerfully respond TACO-TASTIC. I swear, it makes my day, every..... single..... time.

So check the bag to make sure you actually got what you ordered, enjoy the drunk people hanging out the car windows, put the leftover sauce packets in the fridge and be TACO-RIFIC...

My wife and I just had a very very delightful experience in this Taco Bell tonight. After getting off from A Hard Day's Work my wife and I were very hungry so we decided to pull in here and are we so happy that we did. Even though it was very late at night we were immediately greeted as we pulled into the drive-thru. James welcomed us and answered all the questions we had on the menu due to the fact that we have very stringent diets. As we went to the window to pay James was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with he double checked our order to make sure it was correct and was just a breath of fresh air to deal with. In this day and age its very very rare to see a young man working full-time and just as pleasant as he can be.
