The manager working on Sunday morning, Sept. 29 2024 is extremely rude. I was working with the cashier that rang me up, to show her a few items rang up incorrectly & I needed a refund. The manager interrupted us & pulled her over to the register to take care of another customer. I told him she was working with me on price discrepancy he yelled at me to not interrupt him, I told him no, he was being rude. He again yelled at me telling me not to tell him about his employees. He said did I take her away from you, I replied yes, we were working on an issue. He became very frustrated and worked with the other customer and let the cashier finish working with me, finally.

Besides this incident, the store is extremely dirty, junky with broken coolers, rotten produce to the point of many flies around. Selling extremely out dated food products at a discount. I can understand by a few days, but not by months. Other outdated food items being sold at full price. Worst grocery store I have...

Cheap place for groceries but the produce section detoriated a bit, not as much variety and the quality is OK but the prices increased so much you can actually find better veggies and fruits at a better quality for the same price at other grocery stores and supermarkets. Also, the parking lot smells terrible, I know it's not the store's fault but it really smells bad, especially when it's hot and humid. Sometimes, I make a U-turn and don't shop because the stench of foul garbage, workers chainsmoking right in front of the entrance, the fumes and exhaust of rusty, old cars and the chemical vapors from the laundry nearby simply make me sick. I also don't go with friends from out of town there because they always ask me how on earth you're not ashamed to set foot on this parking lot worse than any ghetto on earth. Manager decided that I looked like a scumbag (his words) and held my girlfriend at the check out line while purchasing items. After he loudly verbally assaults her, I come back into the store with him being very aggressive. I immediately felt defensive as he starts accusing me of stealing. . Long story short, after the police reviewed the "evidence", I was determined to be innocent. The video shows me grab a item and clearly placing it back. I was just trying to buy some hurricane supplies before the storm. This manager wasted our time, his own time, as well as the valuable time of the ft myers police department.
