Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort Myers

God.. where do I even start? I have got food poisoning twice from this place, and I moved here at the beginning of June. So that is only in just over the span of a MONTH. My brother wanted taco bell, I said why not, we were leaving Walmart anyways and this was the closest one. I had high hopes, since I had never got food from here at night and was hoping night shift was more responsible. I was very wrong. As somebody who has previously worked at Taco Bell, I can assure you that their beans are not supposed to be dry and crusty. Y'all need to put some more water in those beans like you're supposed to!! Food was warm but got cold by the time I got home (5 minute drive.) 3 hours later I am now mildly vomiting and have some stomach issues. I am not sure if they are not labeling meats with dates, not setting the hot station to the right temperature, but something is definitely not right. Please do better, the Taco Bell on Lee Blvd is much better and the extra 10 minute drive is so much more worth it to get food that won't make you sick. I would give this taco bell location store #24569 ZERO stars if I could. I placed an online order on 7/13/2021 at around 6:30pm for pick up at 9:30pm. I received email confirmation that my order was received and my estimated pick-up time was around 9:30pm. When I got to the store, my order was not ready. The manager Francisco Morales told me that they did not received an online order and that my order could not be fulfilled because they turned off their steamer since closing time is at 10:00pm. Closing time posted on the window stated 12am but this store location was closing at 10:00pm due to COVID regulations and there was nothing they could do to grant my online order because it would take too long to make before closing. I showed them the email with my order # and paid amount. Francisco did not honor the order and asked me to try another taco bell location. I had no choice but to drive out of my way to another Taco Bell location to place a new order. This order from store #24569 was charged to my credit card account although the order was not fulfilled. Do not eat here if you value your health. Eating fast food is bad as it is but this place made me sick , the tables were dirty , even the drinks tasted off . I have never gotten sick off a taco bell but this one had a long john silvers attached to it and it had me in pain and nauseous all night. Too make it worse when I called they had the phone disconnected during hours of operation all day . To make it even worse I spoke to the manager about getting a refund & they took my information & said corporate would reach out to me instead of just refunding me essentially giving me the run around. Unfortunately people are just doing their job they don’t really care if they make you sick . I had to not sleep & stay home from work because of this inconvenience not to mention its not a taco bell ive been too so I wasn’t sure what to expect.
