3.5⭐️⭐️⭐️s, rounded up there
Glad there’s a Vietnamese and boba place not too far!
Banh mi’s were good, just wish the bread was toasted more so it’s crispy- would order again. It would be good for customers to know that there is a pork-based spread that comes on them, even if your order a different meat like chicken or beef, so keep that in mind if you have dietary preferences.
The popcorn chicken was a bit of a miss, I really love this Taiwanese snack but something was off with this execution. Not enough Chinese 5 spice seasoning and chili powder, and the texture of the chicken was kind of horrible, its was dry, chewy and stringy.
We wondered if they were using frozen chicken pieces or something, because how do you mess up chicken? We’re not sure, but I bet if they followed the original recipe, it would be delicious, something was jacked up in the production of this order of them. A plus though was that the order came with some pickled veggies and cilantro and dipping sauce which was nice . What wasn’t nice was the $12.99 charge for the order, it definitely wasn’t worth it. It’s something boba shops back in CA and TX would charge $4-6, so this was a surprise (though they give a big portion here, it’s just not edible with how hard and dry it is). I really hope they fix this because I will definitely order it if they make it properly .
The drinks weren’t bad, but not awesome. For the price, they were quite small, smaller than average.
The egg rolls/ fried spring rolls were nice and crispy, but the filling was just ok. Again, would be nice if they had a non-pork option like ground chicken instead, and more flavorful filling. The sweet and sour sauce was not what I had hoped for, I was looking for nuoc cham since it is a Vietnamese place, it would be awesome if they had that instead as that is delicious. Love me some of that combo.
The shrimp spring rolls were good, and my kiddo loves the peanut sauce it comes with, so that was great too.
They are always very friendly and nice on the phone (almost everyone that’s answered so far), but not as hospitable/upbeat at the counter. There’s usually two of them hanging out working and it always feels a bit awkward when I order there or pick up the order.
We’ve eaten there several times, and will order some other items to enjoy the next time. Please fix the popcorn chicken and make the egg rolls Vietnamese imperial style with that fish sauce dipping mix and I’ll be your...

Known for its laid-back atmosphere and friendly service, this restaurant focuses on delivering top-notch food without the frills, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal.
During my visit, I opted for the ribeye and meatball pho, a choice that turned out to be nothing short of exceptional. The broth, the heart and soul of pho, was impeccably crafted. Clear and rich, it presented a harmonious blend of flavors with just the right balance of spices—star anise, cloves, and cinnamon—creating a savory and aromatic base that was both comforting and complex.
The ribeye slices were tender and succulent, offering a delightful contrast to the firm and flavorful meatballs. The quality of the beef was evident, adding a luxurious touch to the dish. Each bite of ribeye melted in my mouth, while the meatballs provided a hearty, satisfying chew that complemented the broth perfectly.
The noodles were cooked to perfection, maintaining a pleasing texture that held up well in the broth. Accompanied by the customary fresh herbs—Thai basil, cilantro, and scallions—as well as lime wedges and sliced jalapeños, diners can personalize their pho to enhance the already vibrant flavors. The freshness of these accompaniments added a bright, refreshing note to each spoonful.
Service at Bahn Mi Tea was prompt and courteous. The staff were eager to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable, offering helpful suggestions and checking in regularly without being intrusive. Their attentiveness contributed to a pleasant and seamless meal.

I made some notes on my order and to my surprise the young lady call to confirm them instead of just assuming I love that. I love that they are detail oriented in that way. I got there before my order was done and I the communication from the young lady was A1. The atmosphere and vibe inside was beautiful, clean and detail oriented as well. The young ladies were so kind and made me feel so cared for and were so attentive. Now the food. The fried egg bahi OMG soo delish and the veggies so fresh. The bread was so fresh. Soft on the inside with a cruch on the outside. The egg was cook to perfection. I also ordered the Pho ribeye and Meatball, I would have liked to have more Ribeye the portion is small but overall the flavor, the quality of veggies were fantastic. For a drink I ordered the Thai Milk Tea it was good aswell I was happy that they made that be the last thing prepared for my pick order. The pick up order itself was easy and package perfectly. I feel the price for the quality and quantity of the food was great and reasonable. The young lady that have some beautiful and unique names should definitely be recognized they did a wonderful job from start to end....
