COZY home away from home! Prior to arrival, the friendly front desk manager assisted us with booking and directions. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations! When we walked into our hotel room after the long road trip, we felt like we were in a private apartment building like an Air BNB. PROs: The bed was incredibly comfy, and the couch converted into a queen(?) Bed that spouse and I fit into easily but it took some effort to pull out and felt hard to sleep on (probably because it's new?). The full-size fridge, oven and large stove allowed us to cook dinner for the kids without leaving the suite. The decor throughout gave the extra home-like touch. The TV streaming options were nice (Netflix, YouTube, and Prime). HEATED POOL and an outdoor patio area to relax with the family. There is a grill with ample picnic tables and (my favorite) a glass fire pit to enjoy the cool breeze with friends! The breakfast area was spacious and food was decent... about as expected. Con: A few growing pains such as the external doors didn't work when we returned from the pool, and patio/pool lights were not turned on sometimes. No HDMI control via TV remote meant no volume control (by default SUPER LOUD) during video games for kids, and no functional access to Roku/external HDMI device (Peacock, ESPN, or Disney+ to watch live football games). OVERALL EXCELLENT HOTEL! this hotel got it right, and this is now our Go-To Lodging when visiting the area.

This hotel has been stellar during our stay. The biggest thing that stood out to me is how it was so CLEAN. Everything from the coffee stand (which usually can get very messy) to the smallest nooks and crannies of the room were spotless. The little kitchenette is perfect for an easy meal and comes with whatever you may need. The bed was extremely comfortable, I would just recommend requesting down alternative pillows if you have a down allergy. I love that the bathroom actually had actual glass doors instead of the half glass enclosure I've seen in some other Marriott hotels. It was perfect for our race weekend here and I can't wait to book this or another Towneplace Suites in the future.

Very clean rooms, nice new hotel. That being said, the multiple maintenance issues are unacceptable. One of the stairwell side doors with keycard access was inoperable. For being this new, this was extremely annoying and inconvenient if you wanted to park closer to your room and walk in from the side. There were also signs in the stairwell saying “caution, the carpet is wet” it’s extremely disappointing to see a brand new property with these issues. This should be a top priority and unfortunately it wasn’t. Also, the front desk associate needs better training. She was very mumbly and quiet; the guest shouldn’t be greeting the employee first. Hoping to see improvements if I visit again

Love at first sight. I walked in to be greeter with genuine care, immediately watching a gentlemen covered in paint jump in to assist a guest. Soon to discover this was Joey, I was amazed by his team spirit and then to follow the extreme attention to detail and thoughtfulness by putting the stunning property together whether he the Chief Maintenance guru or Chief Engineer, it doesn’t matter as it was a very much teamwork mentality from all.||Then a there’s the immaculate cleanliness from the rooms, to the pool and outdoor spaces to the gym. Housekeeping was always around and helped in ways above their job description.||Great location for easy access to highway, drive to Sanibel or Lovers Key, walking distance to shops, coffee and groceries. ||Although I never met the AGM or GM, I must share they are rocking it at cultivating a team that embodies hospitality. ||Jayleen|Camila|Kristyn|Yoseline |Gabriella |IrIs|Joey|Milaydy ||Rockstars! I can’t wait to be back. A must stay if you’re...

Came in town for a quick weekend with my family and my Cousin recommended Town Place when planning the trip. First, I was greeted after a delayed flight with one of the nicest guest service employees ever (long day of delays) and you wouldn’t know it was past 11pm with the smile on her face.

The hotel is brand new, well designed, SUPER clean, and the staff was awesome the whole weekend.

From the housekeeping team, to the breakfast host, to the management… just top notch.

Other perks - the pool area was an absolute delight and the gym is probably one of the nicest and well designed fitness centers I’ve been to in a while… it rivals a recent stay at the National Harbor Marriott which is a completely different concept catering to conventions and tournaments.

I will absolutely be back my next time in Ft. Myers. The proximity to food (yay for Oar and Iron!!!), shopping, natural areas (great hike yesterday), and of course the baseball park makes this the best “fort myers...
