Sigh...Where to begin? I consider Texas Roadhouse my favorite restaurant, always consistent despite how busy they are and my worst experience prior to today was minor and still easily worthy of 4 stars.

Today when we walked in the host staff were too occupied by discussing breaks and needed to finish their conversation before acknowledging us, then when I was looking at steaks and the amazing bread baskets the hostess said to follow her but didn't grab any bread as usual and I thought nothing of it.

When our server greeted us and took our drink/appetizer order, I mentioned we didn't get bread yet and she said they were out of bread right now when I clearly saw at least 5 baskets when we were seated.

Then the server brought us bread and said she would be right back with our drinks, now the rattlesnake bites (jalapeno cheese bites) arrive and we have no drinks or side plates, she then puts our drinks down and doesn't take our order and walks away, we wait another 10 minutes before she returns to take our order.

We all order a "sidekick" of ribs with our meals and I said jovially "RIBS FOR EVERYONE" and we all laughed. Before the food arrives she asks if we want more bread and I said "yes please" then a few minutes later, our food arrives with two sidekicks of ribs and a sidekick of shrimp, when I told her we didn't order shrimp and were short a ribs, she says "are you sure, I thought you ordered shrimp?" No, we all ordered ribs as if I don't know what I ordered.

My wife's steak was rare when she ordered it medium, and when my server brought my ribs, she also had a basket of bread on her tray, put the ribs down and started to walk away when I said "isn't that my bread, we asked for?" and she said "oh, you wanted more bread" Yes, remember when we asked for it 15 minutes ago, she put the bread down, sighed like we were lying and walked away. Then I looked down and my ribs were burnt...sigh...

I finally had to ask for a manager because I didn't see her for a while as our drinks are empty from our 1st glasses and he was very polite and professional and got us a new order of ribs to go since we are beyond ready to leave at this point.

All I can say is, complete disaster. We even witnessed the host staff arguing over how to set up an 8 top table in the middle of the dining room.

I don't know what happened today but for goodness sake, get it together. The mere fact alone that those burnt ribs went past a cook, an expediter and then a server to my table is an embarrassment to the standards that you...

I’ve been to plenty of TRH locations and never had such a horrible experience as I had at this location. Worst customer service and management is literal garbage. Ryan is the managers name.

We are a family of five that treats ourselves to dinner every two weeks and almost always have picked TRH. This was our second time at this location and while the first time wasn’t amazing this time was awful. We ordered four medium rare steaks and they all came at varying temperatures. However we only complained about one, the most overcooked one. They even had the audacity to ask if we wanted a new one made when we pointed it out. Waited almost thirty minutes for them to bring a new one without anyone coming over to say sorry or check. By then everyone else had eaten and I just wanted to leave so we said we would like it taken off our check since I wasn’t going to have it anymore. They came over and said they took 30% off our check for the inconvenience which I found really nice and thanked them. When we looked at the check the steak we didn’t even eat was on there. The discount only took off that meal which we didn’t even get... Which is completely fine but don’t act like you’re doing us any favors. Not one apology was issued. They also forgot our potato based sides (3) but that was never taken off of course.

I didn’t even think this person bringing the food was a waiter none the less a manager, I thought it was just a buser/food runner. I’ve always had amazing experiences with managers especially at TRH but this guy needs to be pulled from management ASAP. When I went to ask the host up front his name (because he never offered it) she immediately said Ryan before I even described who it was and her and multiple other girls by her all looked at each other, so obviously this guy has been an issue in the past.

We just moved here and where we used to live we went atleast biweekly to TRH. I will never come back to this location again as long as this manager is there. When we go out of town we will check out other locations as we do love the...

This location opens at 3 pm today, Thursday. We arrived at 3:10. There was only a handful of people that were seated. Not like it was packed. We watched others get seated in our section that got their beverage orders taken and received, and then their food orders taken while we were still sitting there and still had no service after being seated. I need at least water to eat the hot baked roles. We still were waiting at 20 minutes so my husband went to ask for water at least from the bartender. She looked at him and laughed and ignored him. Management issue again. Still nothing. I finally walked up to a server and she said I'm not your server. I can't help you. While we there for a special occasion. So I requested to see the manager from her. Finally a manager shows up. We asked if we could get service. even some water. By then our rolls are cold. I have to have water to swallow to eat. 5 minutes later a server shows up. We finally got service. This took 1 hour and 35 minutes to eat a simple ribs order. The server named Abbie. when we left, she says I hope this does not make you not want to come back because of my actions. We will not come back. Abby. You lost great customers. We have spent hundreds there in the past 2 weeks. We even did a birthday there Wednesday. Never seen the manager again. Poor management, poor service. We've been to other Texas Roadhouses and always had great service. This lack of service is definitely not due to being busy. It is poor service and management. Oh yeah, when we were there Wednesday they brought out the food, missing half the sides and the steak medallions were raw, bright red. Not medium pink like requested. My first restaurant review ever. This place warranted this review. And turn the air con off freezing. Comfy for servers, not customers. Seen others put on hoodies. Need training for both servers...

If you’re looking for a restaurant that delivers incredible food, a lively atmosphere, and top-notch service, Texas Roadhouse is the place to be. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the mouthwatering aroma of freshly baked bread and sizzling steaks, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The food is the star of the show, with perfectly cooked steaks that are juicy, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection. Their fall-off-the-bone ribs and hand-battered chicken are also crowd-pleasers. Let’s not forget the legendary rolls with cinnamon butter – they’re worth the trip alone! What really sets Texas Roadhouse apart is their warm, friendly service. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, whether it’s helping you choose the perfect steak or celebrating a special occasion with their signature birthday cheer. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, with country music, hearty laughter, and the occasional line dance by the staff. It’s the kind of place where you can let loose and enjoy yourself while digging into a hearty meal. If you’re craving great food, good vibes, and excellent value for your money, Texas Roadhouse is a must-visit. Just be prepared to leave with a full belly and a smile on your face!

This used to be my favorite restaurant however I believe tonight is the last time we visit. Went the past 2 weekends in a row, to ight was my daughters birthday. I use the app to get on the wait list to lower our wait time. Both times, it said there was only a 10 minute wait. Last weekend we got seated right away. Tonight, we had to wait 10 minutes after we arrived so they could dance in the isles. There were plenty of empty tables. Last weekend, they raised the volume on the music while they danced in the isle then turned it down so you couldn't hear it. Tonight, they blasted it too loud. Last weekend my steak was overcooked. Tonight the waitress didn't give us any plates for our bread. I cut my finger holding it in my hand while cutting it in half which is funny since the knife tore threw the steak. I ordered it medium but they still charred the heck out of it on the outside. Got a half full cup of cilli tonight also. They used to do something special for a kids birthday, guess that has changed too. I heard my daughter tell the person who seated us it was her birthday. So good by Texas Roadhouse.
