I went to the Ft Myers location today. Normally I enjoy my experience there but not today. I sent my child in to get a medium cone of the chocolate almond and pistachio. When he returned is when I learned that their pistachio is white and not the green color. Something new. I tried it and did not like it so I sent him back in to have the cashier take the pistachio off and give my review of it. Instead of them taking the one scoop off they fixed a new ice cream and charged him again. I did not know this until I took him to Culver's across the street to purchase another item there. When I discovered the double charge I immediately returned to the location to speak with the manager to receive a refund. Instead of her correcting the problem she blamed a child to why we were double charged. I am a business owner myself. When you are dealing with a younger crowd you have to have common sense. If he had originally ordered two comes I could see the mix up but he originally ordered only one and gave a complaint. So I don't understand the second charge. I have never seen white pistachio in my life. The second charge was unprofessional and not handled correctly. I left with no refund, charged twice but left again...

The only reason i gave this place an extra star is because their ice cream is actually good. However, i knock off 3 stars due to the staff being unfriendly and condescending.

The past 3 times i’ve been here, i’ve had different issues with the staff. First of all, the energy in this place is terrible, they never show and positive attitude and often are very blunt with customers. In one instance we had a girl complain that we gave her our entire order (3 of the same milkshake) instead of ordering them all individually. The last visit we had somebody tell us they were out of ‘shake mix’ now i’m not sure if you’re familiar with the composition of a milkshake, but typically their main ingredients are the ice cream of your choice and milk. I have never heard of anything called shake mix. And i highly doubt that they ran out of milk as it is a key ingredient for ice cream itself.

From here on our i will be taking my business to the Coldstone at 41 and daniels where they actually know how to run an ice cream business and treat their customers...
