Coolest experience. The food is amazing. You pick a soup base. Then you go pick all the meats you want to use to cook and to put into the soup. They have chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, crab, fake crab, crawfish. They also have seaweed salad and kimchi for salads. Then you can make a bunch of different sauces to dip the meats in. Then you go back to the table and your soup base is boiling. You can put meat in there. Then the flat grill is hot and you put your meat on. Then you have tongs to use for the meat. There is sald and pepper at the table and a butter to put on as well when cooking. There is a conveyor belt going around with all different noodles to put in soup. Any veggies you could imagine. You can put them into the soup or cook on your grill. They have Pepsi products. The food was amazing and they clear your table as you go. Dessert there was strawberry, Chocolate or vanilla ice cream, chocolate brownie balls, rice pudding squares, watermelon, and some other bars too. It was topnotch food and a very fun experience.

We tried this place because it is the first hotpot & barbecue place in Fort Myers. I've tried many hotpot places in many states. We came in with our family to celebrate my sister's birthday. I didn't do the head count beforehand. The hostess asked me how many people there was. She was chewing her gum and rolled her eyes at me because I didn't have the number of head counts ready. I told her the number of adults and children. At first she thought it was 12 people when there was really only 8 in total. So I said it again, and she once again rolled her eyes. After a little bit of complication she showed us to our table. She brought us two tables because we had a big family so we needed to be separated. I wanted to be next to the children so I asked if we could have back to back seats and she once again gave me an attitude for the request. I asked her why she wasn't being nice and gave our family a hard time from beginning. She didn't have any customer service nor try to accommodate her customers. This is a shame because she's the first person everyone walks in and sees. Our waitress on the other hand was nice and attentive. The broth was mediocre not flavorful enough and the meat and seafood wasn't as fresh as I would've hoped. Overall, the food is mediocre, decor plain & simple, cleanliness is fine but servers are great so that's why they get 3 stars.

It is so much fun and the food is delicious. It’s an amazing experience. However we went last week Friday, 4 of us got diarrhea. I went by myself yesterday 8/26 , now I’ve been in the bathroom all day again today . So disappointing because I go to Orlando for hot pot and I go a couple times each visit up there so naturally I was excited for one right here at home, I’ve never gotten sick in Orlando from their food. I’m always super careful to cook my food well to avoid getting sick but this is the second time being sick after eating here. It’s super disappointing because I loved going here but it’s just not worth being so miserable for days afterward, especially for the price. Very sad.

This was our first time coming here and it was a great experience. We tried both the Hot Pot and the BBQ and I think that made it extra special and it’s all-you-can-eat! The atmosphere was really nice and service was great. We will definitely come again!!

I recently dined here. It was a fantastic BBQ and hot pot place. The highlight was their impressive selection of meats and seafood, which were fresh and perfectly marinated. The variety, from tender beef cuts to succulent shrimp and scallops, catered to all tastes. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was vibrant, making it a perfect spot for a fun and delicious meal. Highly recommended for BBQ and hot pot enthusiasts and amateurs alike. dont be afraid to ask questions as the staff is friendly and readily available to help with any issue!
