AJ's Pizza, Subs, and Wings — Restaurant in Fort Pierce

EDIT** At 8pm after only eating what we paid for; I started feeling sick to my stomach. I had cold chills and explosive diahrrea... My fiance also got very sick after eating the food we paid for. We felt so sick that we haven't eaten anything else so that we do not get any sicker. We're never going back to this location and will not recommend that anyone eats there. My fiance and I went to AJ's Pizza, Subs, and Wings based off of the recommendation of four people that have been tvere before. They said it was outstanding pizza and mentioned how great the wings are.

So, we decided to give it a try.

Upon arrival, the location looked a little small and smelled like good food being made fresh.

My fiance ordered a 16" pizza well done with their breaded chicken tenders on it (my fiance said it was not as crispy as he expected it to be, but otherwise it was tastefully made), a box of french fries which looked uniform/consistant to what other customers were consuming at the time and tasted perfectly seasoned, and fried mushrooms that were cooked juicy and tasted like what you would think a fried mushroom tastes like.

I on the other hand ordered a 10" gutbuster personal pizza with a grilled caesar salad.

Let me mention that I usually am not satisfied with anything less than a 16" pizza, but found myself ordering the 10" with all of the fixings.

It was cooked to perfection and had fresh mozzarella on it which enhanced the flavor for me. The grilled caesar salad was fresh, the croutons were perfectly crispy the way I'd expect it to be, the garlic bread tasted mostly of butter and light garlic, and the caesar dressing was not the classic creamy consistancy, however, it was more of a vinagrette consistency which is a good alternative for people, like me, that can enjoy a well made vinaigrette.

Great customer service and clean facilities.

Overall: 4/5 from my fiance due to the pizza he had vs what he expected of it.

4/5 from me because the vinagrette left a little bit too much oil on the bottom of the salad and I otherwised enjoyed everything. I would also go back 100% to try...

I'm disgusted beyond words! Just spent over $80 on dinner for da family n to be honest I wouldn't of cared if it was da quality of AJs food prior year 2020, n it was made right n I was given wat I ordered...Went pick up order n my husband was told they ran out of onion rings so one of r 6 meals would have fries. Dat was da first lie, 🤥 2 did n da ones da had onion rings had like 3 onion rings n da rest was a bunch of broken pieces I guess to give da illusion of a serving...Trust me dat was not worst thing at all, da 2 cheese steak all da way wit grilled onions pretty much was steak sandwich, da cheese was wat appear to be a thin dry piece of plastic don't ask bout onions or shall we say lack of them... My cheese steak All way wit bacon onions mushrooms n peppers was by far da worst of all it was da sorriest poor excuse for a cheese steak ever, no peppers a piece of onion thin dry piece of wat look n taste like plastic for cheese tiny slither of bacon n da was da ultimate cheese steak ,basically bread n dry steak,wat da actual Fudge... Don't even ask bout rest everything sucked...I would have respected if they said we apologize but we r out of veggies n cheese n low on bacon so we can't fill ur order,😡 but to take $84.50 from loyal customers dat been supporting ur establishment for years, I mean r famz been ordering from them way back but I guess we should of stop going to em wen we start noticing food quality was going down but this was blatant theft...U don't get n order dat large n just throw together wat ever u have n give it to ur customer, unacceptable... Never Ever Again... Should really demand r money back but I feel karma will handle em treating ur customers like dat will be there own demise...Wat a tragedy da end of a once loved...

I've ordered from here numerous times but after this last time i will never order from here again. I ordered the usual ham& cheese with no onions and french fries.but my order was messed up and the food was cold.There was onions on my sub after i asked for no onions and i paid for it to have french fries not chips.My formal employee called it in because both orders was messed up and the manager said she don't have time for it and someone in the background starts to giggle and say they couldn't just take the onions off?. How can you mess up someone order then say you don't have time for it?? And yes we could just pick the onions off but if you was smart you will know that it will still smell and taste like onions. Then she tried to tell me there wasn't onions on the sub when i was looking at the large onion it wasn't even fully chopped. I politely asked her to put my money back on my card and you could tell she had an attitude. Then she said the next meal is on us you can have it but i will put the money back on your card to shut me up. No apology or full understanding of the situation.Still couldnt eat that cause the plate was full of black pepper. I guess the meal is based on how much of a tip you give i usually give a $5 tip and my order be great and get there on time. The day i give $2 everything if messed up and the manager become soo unprofessional lol just hilarious i guess you get what you pay for...still waiting for my money to get...
