I scream, you scream… we all scream at the Cream Republic! There’s nothing better on a hot Florida summer night than a frozen cup or cone of sumptuous, delectable ice cream, and the Cream Republic in quaint Fort Pierce is ready to answer your call.

Located across from the marina - and a short stroll from the inlet beaches by the intracoastal bridge - this delightful little shop is almost hidden, save for the iconic cow statue out by the street. Turn here and prepare to be wowed by homemade goodness.

As an ice cream connoisseur, the high bar for me is the inclusion of real fruit or textures in my flavored concoction. The real shavings of coconut in my two scoops delivered just that, and my family had the same experience. Look for the bits of graham cracker in the key lime pie flavor. It’s all magnificent.

I also loved the banana cream - it was spot on, blending the right notes with an authentic flavor. Some joints use extracts, but this tasted like the real deal.

BYW, there are other sweet treats on the menu, but we stuck to the classics. This includes some “boozy” options for the more daring explorers who like combining libations with their desserts.

The atmosphere is very low-key beach eclectic, with just a few air conditioned tables. There’s a central corridor in the small strip with outdoor tables, which are great during the fall and winter months.

If you love ice cream, this is Fort Pierce’s best kept secret. Go...

You can't get MORE authentic ice cream than Cream Republic. Located on South Hutchinson Island in Fort Pierce, Florida, these delicacies are worth more than even an hour of travel. This isn't your typical dairy queen quality. CR Ice cream and Italian ice is ALL homemade. The ice cream is actively being made in the rear of the store while customers are being served up front. Need an appropriately sized sweet treat for the kids? Do mom and dad need a date night idea, but chain restaurant desserts are old and tired? Want to finish an amazing day in Florida's sunshine with a walk on the beach and just the right amount of cold creamy smiles and satisfaction? Get a cone or bowl HERE! Gents are you tired of the same old flavors and want some manly feeling icecream? Give the maple bacon bourbon or peanut butter whiskey a try! Ladies are you tired of going after the same cheesecake or brownie flavors? You DEFINITELY won't be disappointed by the carrot cake flavor! And for something really crazy....try the white Ukrainian flavor omg it...

Still the best ice cream on the Treasure Coast but a little let down this time:

Cream Republic is hands down my favorite ice cream spot in the Treasure Coast. The flavors, quality, and overall vibe make it a standout every time I visit. That said, I was disappointed on my last visit. I ordered 3 kiddie-size ice creams, which I know are single scoops, but the scoops were tiny—like, mini-scoop tiny. I’ve had one-scoop servings at other shops that were way more generous.

I totally get that prices have gone up everywhere, but I think customers still expect a fair portion for what they’re paying—especially from a place that’s built such a good reputation.

Also, the young woman who served us didn’t have the same warm energy as the owner, who’s always been super friendly and welcoming.

Still love this place and will definitely be back, but I hope the scoop size and service reflect the standard that made me fall in love with Cream Republic in the first...

Searching for REAL ICE-CREAM? Your search ends here at Cream Republic. Support small business and treat yourself to the creamy and amazingly delicious creative and standard flavors available here. We tasted coffee and Heath, white chocolate and Rainer and coffee cookie dough, the latter which was the ice cream version of the delicious biscuit cookies provided on air planes. The manager generously gave us tastes to the favors requested and willingly shared ingredient information as well as the shops history. The inside is decorated in black and white, with plenty of tables and chairs and they serve coffee and tea. Get out and taste these real ice cream delights. Oh and the homemade waffle cone aroma welcomes you upon entering. The portions are generous!

Cream Republic is a welcome addition to our little corner of paradise, it's just what we were missing! You've got to check them out. Everything is homemade. They have so many delicious flavors, including boozy ice cream, as well as Italian ice made with local citrus juices. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming, inside and out. All staff members are following CDC guidelines and wearing masks. There are also markings on the floor with tape, to ensure patrons are social distancing, as well. I hope you enjoy The Sweetest Spot on South Beach!
