NYC SUBS Deli Restaurant — Restaurant in Fort Pierce

I'm not gonna lie, it was okay. I ordered delivery, So the soggy buns are on me. But there were problems with my order, my cheddar Philly cheesesteak was good but I ordered it with crispy fried onions, the raw onion they tossed in to the meat while cooking it added a good flavor, it was not crispy in any sense of the word nor were they what I ordered. now I also ordered 2 meatball subs and now if I had been instore to order it and was planning to take it home. I'd have asked for the cheese on the bottom, so it didn't stick to the paper, on that... I'd like to suggest adding cheese on the bottom to your online menu's. I and many other patrons will thank you for it later. In every other facet that I look for in a sandwich. It was mid tier, i'd say if I had ate there the meal would have been perfect, unfortunately it was not. but I will be in the store eventually to try this sandwich shop at it's best conditions. I hope to leave a better rating and review at that time. Oh footnote: love the way the sandwiches are wrapped for delivery orders guys know what your doing! I really wanted to like this place because I live on the island but I tried it today for the first time and was not very impressed. It took over 30 minutes to get 3 subs to go. There was only one lady taking orders and making them by herself and she was definitely trying her best but she had a friend sitting in the lobby who came behind the counter to help her and didn’t wash her hands she just put some gloves on and started making food which was pretty gross. My daughter got the Italian which was pretty good but I got the turkey with provolone and took one bite and realized the cheese was no good it smelled really strong and foul so that was disappointing. I took the cheese off and replaced it with some Muenster I had at home but I’m still kinda scared to eat the sandwich. My daughter’s friend got the chicken parm sub and she said that was pretty good. Might give it another shot...

My 75th Birthday, I chartered a private Fishing Charter. We arrived an hour early and knew we needed to eat something before going on the ocean. I had spotted SUBS which ended up being in walking distance from where we were getting on our boat. A Sub would be best for our stomach. The Subs we each ordered were Awesome! Plenty of meat, cheese, and everything we wanted. The place was very clean, and service was the best. The young lady happen to hear the word Birthday, and she brought me out a piece of NY cheese cake in a container with HAPPY BIRTHDAY written on it. I highly recommend NYC SUBS, Ft.
