If I could give zero stars I would. This was not the first time they mess up an order or told me they just forgot something. My last order was for delivery and we waited over 2 hours for a delivery because they forgot our order and it was missed. The food shows up cold, mixed with other food piece like lettuce in you Alfredo pasta! Today we ordered carry out since our last experience was awful with the delivery service and it was still incorrect and it was by far the worst but it will be the last experience with Dominos. The manger and his staff are rude and their attitude is take it because you have no choice. Instead of acknowledging fault it’s the customers fault, that THEY didn’t check the provided order to make sure it was complete. I usually would be understanding and would just let it be but the fact that Kevin the manager’s response was accusatory and blaming was beyond infuriating. His response to me was “so YOU left with out the complete order” after his staff just informed me they forget it and were just about to call me! Their only solution was to make me go back out in the pouring rain and pick it up or a credit because they are TOO BUSY! The days of great customer service and maintaining loyal customers are long gone and a thing of the past. They could care less. I asked for extra cheese extra sauce two sauces of garlic a sandwich chicken bacon ranch and also got their 16 piece for 3.99 as a deal the pizza box was smushed and there was no extra sauce as you can clearly see it in the photos I've gotten a lot of sauce on previous pizzas from Domino's and this is just disappointing but anyway I called to make the complaint aware to the manager and he proceeded to ignorantly dispute that he made the pizza personally and there is plenty of sauce I told him there was not and I have gotten more tomato sauce pizzas in the past he proceeded to arrogantly go on at the pizza was fine so I proceeded to not waste any time told him to enjoy his night I'm not going to argue I did not order food to not get what I ordered this is unacceptable especially for a pizza company does the customer not have the right to make a complaint have not receiving what they ordered
