The manager of this location Rosanna is very rude and unprofessional. If one of your employees makes a customer's food wrong. You do not argue with the customer. You should talk to your employees. Also if the customer is complaining about the fact that his order had been made wrong twice in one week and he has had to leave his job and come all the way back to get his order remade because it was made wrong. That is a big inconvenience to the customer not you. So you should be very apologetic and understanding and put yourself in their place. You would want the same respect and consideration of the fact that this customer had to drive back however far for something that was not of their doing. Especially when the receipt reflects exactly what the customer asked for but what is in the bad does not. Pictures are going to be uploaded as well to show the problem. It's very sad that I have to leave this negative review, especially since the rest of the employees have such a great personality. But the manager Rosanna does not. She does not know how to hold her tongue and not argue with the customer, when especially the customer is right and showing proof. Plus as a manager you shouldn't argue with the customer no matter if the customer is right or wrong. Also you shouldn't snatch the customer's food with an attitude and then just try and through a piece of cheese on it and hand it back to the customer when the sandwich is already cold. Then when the customer ask you to remake the order snatch the food back again with an attitude and then still remake the order but because you are angry make the food in a rush and it still be cold which I touched and showed the rest of the employees. This whole experience was also very embarrassing to have been treated the way I was in front of customer's and the employees which all of them know me very well by me always coming by to either get food or just to swing through to say hi on my way into the gas station. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location if the manager Rosanna is their. I do not feel she knows how to run her location appropriately and I know by employees word of mouth that she is not a great manager. which I have kept to myself until now and experiencing everything for myself. I would like if the corporate manager and boss of the manager Rosanna of this location would please pay attention to previous reviews of other complaints and also truly listen to the complaints of the employees and customers that work or go to this location. I will end this complaint with what I told the employees that had to witness all of this that you never know who your dealing with or who they know so always treat them the way you would want to be treated. Read moreI don’t usually write reviews but I felt like something needed to be said about my experience there today. Wraps were great, coffee was great, and everyone was super kind, welcoming, and considerate except for Tina. When I walked in there was a girl ready to take my order, there wasn’t much of a line, she was super nice but the whole time I was giving her my order (I had to give it to her 3 times because of this, not her fault at all) Tina was yelling at her not to “touch her computer again” and not to “touch her money” when the girl was just trying to help and lower the wait time to make a better experience for me, the customer, while still following Tina’s commands by not ringing me up but just taking my order.
Tina said she would report the girl to the boss for touching her stuff which I see as completely unacceptable. As someone who also works in customer service any little bit of help from my coworkers is always appreciated. The way Tina treated that young girl there was very shocking. Especially in a place I would expect to find fun, as it has coffee, my favorite thing. When she took over the computer from the poor girl, she didn’t say anything to me. Read moreI came in here on a Monday, I was with company workers and came in to order with them. As I went to tell the lady in the front named Tina I wanted a dunkalatte she yelled out rudely“EWWWW YOU LIKE TO DRINK THAT” totally unnecessary and not needed. If you work customer service you should not criticize what a person is ordering just cause you don’t personally like it. I seen multiple reviews with complaints against this worker, this company/ manager should do something about that. I also noticed that on different trips to this location they’re normally short staffed when they’re super busy but the manager insists that she isn’t hiring ever. Multiple times I witness this manger named Ana be very rude to customers and the employees that work there. She insist that the croissants are freshly baked in store but when I ordered a sandwich on one that she personally made at sandwich station it was harder than anything I ever tried to bite into. I believe they use old bread from previous days regardless of how hard it gets, especially on the weekends when the Usual cook isn’t there.
