Well-maintained resort style campground in Fort Pierce, Florida. The reservation and check-in process was frictionless, and the folks at the counter were very pleasant and helpful. When you pull in, you will be escorted by one of the staff to your site and they will offer any guidance that you may need to get your rig in place. The sites are paved with clean 50 amp service, water, and sewer. A lot of RV resorts you will see older campers and run down FEMA trailers, but not at this location. The trailers and RVs are newer and well kept. There is plenty to do and if you get a copy of the calendar, you will see that there is something going on every day. We were only there for three days, but one of the nights it was cannoli night! We were there for Super Bowl Sunday and the pool was a buzz with folks watching the game on the big screen. The bathhouse is clean and maintained the same time every day. The showers are large and the water runs very hot. We did not use the laundry, but there were plenty of machines and a nice screened area to wait for your laundry to be done. The park is well lit, and we never worried about our safety. There is some road noise from State Road 70 and a little bit from I-95, but it will become less noticeable after a while. Non-aggressive dogs are welcome and there is a dog walk area outside the park for your pup. There was plenty of shopping, restaurants, grocery, and things to do within just a few miles. There is a camping world less than a mile away if you care for that place. We enjoyed our stay and will come back thanks to the well maintained park, friendly staff, and safe environment. Highly recommended

Crammed in there were rows of RVs .. almost all snowbirds of course and some beautiful vehicles but not much room as a RV/park/campground overall .. nice but smaller area tucked behind/remotely just off I-95 .. in ft Pierce, FL .. amenities as they describe (pool, shower) and yes they hav clean concrete wide enough to turn your big-bus-of-a-metal-home-on-wheels around .. but a 'resort' .. ?? lol . 3.5 stars . OK by popular request am including this information : RATES : this isnt finite-exact but as of feb/2020 you will pay (theres no ownership, they offer rentals only) $78/day, $390/week, $1280-1320/month .. theres elec billed on top of the weekly and monthly pricing .. and they tell me that taxes are included with those rates .. and I think its hotel-rate taxes at that (over 10%) .. their pricing structure does depend on the size of your unit as well as location of the spot you are renting .. I was advised they also hav "6 month specials" so if you are interested in that, call and ask .. also remember you are in Ft Pierce, FL .. not Palm Beach, FL .. so not as much going on, but theres still the weather (welcome to paradise !) .. and of course the fact you are on the Atlantic side .. again, call for exact cost(s) based on your date(s), location, resv, and type/length RV, but this is a very good approximate estimation as specifically given based on the conversation by phone with their rep as stated .. this was a lot of (like pulling teeth ! lol) research so ok please will you giv me a quick thumbs up and to all those folks asking I truly hope this Helps you .. !

We really enjoyed our stay -- great facilities, friendly people, lots of activities to participate in. Location is a bit busy and there's road noise from the freeway depending on where your site is but it's conveniently located between I95 and the Florida Turnpike. Restaurants and stores nearby if you need them, too. Sites are nice size and while you're close to your neighbor there is a bit of a grass buffer. All sites have water, sewer, 50-30-20 amp electric, and cable TV. Bathrooms are in good shape and large laundry room is nice. They also have a pool and hot tub. All facilities and grounds we'll maintained. Some people have said they have a lot of rules, but that's what keeps the park so nice! They book up fast with folks who have been coming here for years so that's a good sign. We got lucky and landed a cancellation for a few weeks. Cell service is solid on T Mobile and Verizon. T Mobile bounces between 5G and LTE, Verizon stayed on LTE. Speed tests aren't always high but we've had no issues with work, including video calls. Would definitely stay here again if we need to be in the area.

Beware they are not family friendly. Like previous reviews before me state they do not appear to welcome children. They need to update their website stating they are a only 55+ community and/or no children allowed with exceptions. It appears they may cater to this group. Perfectly fine, just need to advertise it.

I called to make a reservation for potentially staying 3 weeks to a month. The lady I spoke with did not seem interested in the booking. I explained my purpose after a few of her questions. I'm coming to the area to potentially relocate in the Port St. Lucie area to rent or buy home. Her response was "I guarantee you are going to have a hard time". Clearly unnecessary comment. She went on to require me to submit pics of my motorhome for the manager to review. She knew i had 2 children before getting off the phone. I sent the email with pics, and further explanation that I recently retired from the military and coming to do a search not a vacation. No desire to be a permanent stay situation. This was the first time I had to submit pics of my motorhome to stay at an RV park. I should of known the prescreening questions and pics were an indication of something not good. I understand the need to keep standards and riff raff from coming to the RV park. Received a callback shortly after my email. She explained that it would not be a good fit because of the children and that they did not have things for the children to do. Additionally, there is construction in the area that would make things unsafe for them to include potential areas for children to fall around the park. At least she was nice about it. Clearly did not want children in the park and wasted my time. Just need to be honest upfront. I can keep my children entertained on my own and my children can walk without falling over the...

Stopped to refresh and have a quiet evening on my annual trip to the keys. I was exhausted after 12 hours of driving, it was close to 8:00 and I had been told when I booked that escorts to sites stopped at 9. Upon arrival, the office was closed, so I gathered my arrival materials and searched out my site. It was late and raining, so I assumed the escort had turned in early. As I was backing in a very rude man appeared on a golf cart with not hello or welcome; just a frustrated, " Can we do this together?", followed by a terse lecture on how you must have an escort to enter, yada yada (one hour from no escort available). My response was there was no need to be rude. A code was provided with my entry packet which granted entry, I had stood around waiting for an escort, none arrived so I sought out my site. I have stayed at hundreds of rv parks and resorts across the U.S. (my first review due to the poor experience); and never have I faced such a rude greeting. I was in the process of backing into the site (an 8 hour stay) when he appeared. He insisted on directing me turn by turn; as he wanted me perfectly positioned to the left edge of the slab, but couldn't seem to clearly explain where he wanted me at the time. Finally, I insisted on an explanation on the end game and positioned the trailer. He then hung around the site; despite my explaining I was tired and had a long day and insisted on showing me how to hook up power and water. I told him I had been at hundreds of parks and could handle it. His response, "Well, this is how we do it here." He was obviously positioning for his tip; which was lost when he showed up late and frustrated at my site. Subsequently, there were power metering issues and the internet...
