I went in to order my food because sometimes going in is faster than the drive thru. Upon entering the was no one at the counter to take your order, it seemed that everyone was busy with the drive thru. There was an employee at their new machines where you order am pay and then wait for them to fill your order. First of them I go into a restraunt to order my for I want it the way I want it not something that has been sitting there waiting. The lady walked up to me and said that I had to order of the machine and not to a person. I told her I prefer to order from a human not a machine she persisted that I order the and asked me what I wanted. I told her double fish sandwich with tomatoes and sliced real onions, she stayed pushing buttons and found that there was no way to add onions but assured me that she would tell them in the back. After 5 mins ordering and 10 mins waiting I received my food. I've learned for experience to check your food before you leave so you don't have to return. So when I checked the food what I had ordered was wrong they put grilled onions on it. I had to wait to tell someone the order was wrong they took it back then wait for it to come back and this time no tomatoes. I then again head to tell them to correct it and wait for it to come back again. 30 mins to get a sandwich at McDonald's come on people what happened to going in ordering from a human and getting your food? I looked at the last before leaving and said this is why I order from a human not a machine. The only reason McDonald's put these machines in is to cut down on people they have to pay. There are plenty of people that need jobs and now they take that away. No more McDonald's for me I refuse to spend my money in a place that isn't human and personal! People is what has made you...
Read moreI don't like it as much since they remodeled it. I returned once. It's sterile, unwelcoming, and uncomfortable. A few days ago I saw a trucker who was complaining about this McDonald's and the new alterations. I believe his words were that he hated it, and was going to complain to the Federal government. He agreed with me, that it is sterile, unwelcoming, and uncomfortable. I returned two days ago and saw another customer who complained to me, and walked out without buying anything. I purchased a special they had, and left. However, yesterday, I returned to buy two large coffee using their automated system, but I couldn't figure out how to buy two large coffee on one order, and how to get the appropriate amount of sugar and cream. There was no one readily available to ask for help, I waited a couple of minutes and left with nothing. But I may return again if they have a special, otherwise, I will avoid eating there.
ORIGINAL RATING WAS 4 STARS I have been coming to this McDonald's restaurant for a little more than a year. Initially I didn't notice anything unusual, however, after a short time I noticed an increasing number of hostile people coming in, and seemingly intentionally, I noticed that people seemed to talk loudly, behave argumentively and intentionally make a mess. I believe that there are people who are jealous of the success of McDonald's and trying to give the chain a bad reputation. Nevertheless, I also noticed that the attitude of some of the employees seemed to have gotten worse. Also the computer system of the restaurant was chronically malfunctioning. I even complained about the problems. Possibly, as a result, the management has made several improvements. As a result, I'm rating this restaurant four (4) stars...
Read moreMcDonalds...McSucks! Always check your bag! Pull everything out and physically look at it and touch it before you leave the window or the counter. The simple task of reading a screen and putting items in a bag apparently is too overwhelming of a job and asking too much of their workforce. McDonald's customer service has truly gone to someplace deeper than hell, and management from the store level straight up to the corporate level doesn't seem to give a good got flipping dang- because they haven't fixed a thing! Having a good reputation used to mean something to the restaurant chain, but my how things have changed. As long as they are making a profit hand over fist, they don't care how they treat you. They will pass any old thing out the window and send you on your merry way. It's not worth the aggrevation, the wasted gas, the piss poor service, 15+ minute wait in the drive thru, or the inaccurate orders to remain a customer. Oh, and the phone number is disconnected, so you can't call to complain: but why doesn't that surprise me? They took my money and didn't give me all of my food. But they won't get another chance to pull that ish again! I'm eating at Chick-fil-a from now on. Chick-fil-a employees have a good work ethic and do what they are trained to do; which is provide an excellent guest experience with order accuracy and high-quality, delicious food. These are my experiences and my opinion. Yours may differ from my own. However, what is obvious to me is that corporate doesn't listen to their customers. If they did, the toxic culture of sub-par service being acceptable, which is pervasive throughout the restaurant chain, would be addressed with a level of urgency equal to the level of complacency seen in their...
