WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT WENDY'S! I pulled into the drive thru at about 12:50 am. The lady working the drive thru did not say anything until after I had to say hello for a few times. At this point I proceeded to ask to order spicy nuggets and was told that they are out. I then asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and the same lady stated that she does not know if they have any. I then asked are you sure and can they drop one. She did not respond. A gentleman then replied and stated that he can make one. He was the most helpful person there. I then pulled up to the window to pay. The same lady then stated that it is cash only. I asked to scan my app and she just kept repeating "you pay" you pay". Which is what I am in the process of doing. Her scanner apparently wasn't working at this point. And very rudely she stated you leave or you pay. This has to be the worst service as I had the cash in hand to give her and she did not know how to use the computer. At this point she started to raise her voice and speak in Spanish to me. I replied that I do not speak Spanish. The manager another lady then came over and also started speaking Spanish. Again I had to explain that I am trying to pay but it appears that it is not reading my offer. The manager then also asked me to move as they now had 2 cars behind me. I asked why are you asking me to move as I am trying to pay. She stated that they are closing and need to get the other cars out. I am sorry but if your system is having issues at bare minimum you should try to resolve the issue. I did not realize that they were closing but this 5 min experience from start to end was horrible and I am waiting for a respond from Wendy's as closing does not mean that you don't take orders and pretend that you can't accept payments. The lady also did not want to provide her name as they were closing. Horrible service all around except for...
Read moreThe food is perfectly fine. Typical Wendy's.
However I wasn't pleased with how the woman serving us spoke to us. My husband, daughter and I stopped to utilize the bathroom and grab some food for the road... my daughter & I went into the women's bathroom which was pretty dirty, but not super complaint worthy... like maybe it nearing time to clean it again type of dirty. Afterwards my daughter and I stood near the counter & an older woman (possibly in her late 50's?) came over to the register and I politely told her we were waiting for my husband & didn't need help quite yet... she replied with "she wasn't taking orders anyways" & held up her personal phone in a pink-ish/purple case (maybe magenta?)... I laughed it off and said I guess neither of us are ready then!
When my husband exited men's facilities and came over a few minutes later I told him she was busy and to give her a few minutes and then she offered to assist us... we told her our orders and my husband told her that *when she HAD A CHANCE * that the men's room needed toilet paper and ... she interrupted with a very rude "I'll get to it when I get to it" and my husband finished his sentence saying that the trash was overflowing and someone had even left their sneakers in there... She once again responded with nothing but attitude saying "uh huh... & I'll get to it later" as if that was an appropriate response.
Absolutely awful how she thought it was okay to speak to anyone that way, not even gonna factor in that we were paying customers... just the fact that we are human beings and she works in customer service, have some politeness....
Read morePassing through, decided to grab an Asiago Chicken Sandwich combo to-go. Everything was good at first until they gave me the wrong sandwich. Luckily I changed my mind and decided to sit in so I didn't end up getting back on the road with the wrong food. Okay, swapped the sandwich in store, whatever. The replacement sandwich came out within like 2 minutes. Krazy but okay fast food, whatever. I'm eating and about halfway through the sandwich, I see RED, literally. My chicken sandwich was BLEEDING. I take the sandwich to the counter and show the employees and requested a refund. Employee who took my order was about to give me the refund then the manager came. Manager had no care in the world, didnt even acknowledge me but wanted to analyze the sandwich. She eventually walked over to the register, pressed some buttons and decided she would only refund me for the sandwich. Not the rest of the food as well, just the sandwich. So, you're telling me you don't care about a customer's health and you see the blood and won't even be courteous enough to give me a FULL refund? Krazy. I know folks will come here regardless but hey yall just break open your sandwich or something before you eat...
