El Super Taco — Restaurant in Fort Smith

2nd Time This week I Went to El Super Taco on Zero street. 1st time there weren't any problems but this time I had an Issue. Ordered #4 = 2 Cheese Enchiladas and it was good. Ordered # 4 but asked for 1 of the Cheese Enchiladas to be changed to a ground Beef Enchilada. So a mixed order. At the window, before paying I questioned the order to make sure it would be correct. Was told yes.

Got home.... 1st order was correct The mixed was a Chicken Enchilada and A Beef Fajita Enchilada. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR

I opened both Enchiladas to check but Didn't eat them.

I Called to complained, the woman that answered said they didn't have ground beef as an option,.. only the pulled beef with peppers ,& onions. I asked for a refund and was told no.

When I checked the menu earlier I saw they had 2 ground beef Enchiladas on the Menu for $4.60 So not for sure why she said they didn't have it.

Anyway.... Drove down there and said I'm the lady that got the messed up order and was told to come to window.

A young man asked me....what I had wanted and I said a Cheese Enchilada & A Ground Beef Enchilada. He said ok as I handed him back the incorrect Order.

A few minutes later...I got my CORRECT Enchilada dinner.

My advice.... Always check your meals...

Normally the food is great and the prices are ok but this time it was stupid. Please read: We ordered just a chicken chimichanga and chips and salsa. According to the menu the Chimichanga should have been $5.39ish and the Chips and salsa should have been $2.99 with a total including taxes of less than $10. Instead we were charged for a combo meal #24 and the price we were charged for the chips and salsa was 4.25, blatant fraud that will be turned in to the business fraud commission. Also the person they had working the window told us that they were out of the enchilada sauce that was supposed to come on the Chimichanga and if cheese sauce was ok to substitute. We agreed to the substitution but was not told that there was an extra charge for it. Fraud again. And finally the "chicken" chimichanga was not chicken when we got it home. It was either Steak or some other meat. So our less than $10 meal turned into a $17.04 fraudulent and messed...

Worst breakfast burrito I've ever had. The family and I ordered 1 ham and 2 steak burritos the steak ones were pure gristle meat with no eggs or potatoes. The ham was nothing but a little lunch meat and 95% french fries for potatoes and a little cheese in the middle and nowhere else. The menu stated the steak burrito was 5.35$ and the ham was 4.35$ we get up to pay and somehow the price jumped to 7.00 each. Barely spoke English couldn't get an explanation. Very disappointed and...
