The Buffalo Burger Co. — Restaurant in Fort Smith

We were out of town and looking for a place to grab lunch and what we found at Buffalo Burger was a great surprise. I saw the menu on google but missed the establishment on first pass and almost completely passed on the experience but my mom was starving and our meals hit the spot! Its a well run business serving delicious food at a fair price and customer service satisfaction to match. I was surprised by the meal options being it was a food truck. My mom got the mushroom swiss elk burger and I ordered the all American elk burger with sweet potato fries. They brought our food out to the car. So, I stumbled upon Buffalo Burger Co. and let me tell you, it's the real deal. I genuinely couldn't find a single thing wrong with their food. The service was great too! I saw the owner personally taking orders to customers cars. It looks like he really cares about the level of service and quality provided to every single customer they serve, and their buffalo burgers are insanely good, like, juicy and packed with flavor. And the fries? Crispy perfection. Even if you've never tried buffalo before, this is the spot to do it. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Honestly, I could have made a better Philly with Steakums. All I tasted was pure salt on the sandwich and the fries. I would had less salt drinking a glass of Pacific Ocean water straight from the source. To finish, alot of the meat was burnt.

This is my opinion and mine alone. Others may have had a different experience but mine was not worth $18 for burnt meat and a pound of salt. Not sure if the owner is the one who cooks. If they are, then get better. If not, then maybe address this issue.
