Burger King — Restaurant in Fort Smith

They need to fix the interface with their app. The app had tons of issues with connecting with the store, and so my order was WAY wrong, which made it really hard to not hold it against the store. But, the food was hot and the fries were fresh. The tables were all filthy, as was the women's bathroom--thats the reason for 4 stars. Im so happy this location has the drink station open and has SELF SERVE KETCHUP. That is rare anymore and was much appreciated. But, as stated, don't try to order off the app: epic fail. It took 5 attempts (power cycling device and frequently force-closing the app) to get it to connect to the store and once it connected it kept resetting my order at the payment screen. Would either empty the bag completely or take off the customizations. I confirmed the order was correct on the receipt before paying but then the food was wrong still. On my side it was correct but on their receipt it was wrong but they'd only charged me for the stores side (I'd added cheese to two whoppers, as well as mustard and extra pickles). Burger King is one of my most favorite fast food. I use my app, which isn't the greatest app but it doesn't stop me, lol. I don't normally go to this particular burger king but I was working close by. I went in to order while my wife used the restroom. I tried to substitute my fries for chicken fries on their 2 for$10. I was told I could not substitute. I used to manage a Burger King and aware of the rules. #1 customer is always right. And here's how. Never tell customer they can't substitute. Anything can be substituted although it may cost a little extra. That's totally understandable to pay extra to receive a little extra service and/or food. She was a bit rude or seemed irritated by my reguest. As we walked out without ordering someone from behind the counter was polite enough to tell us to have a good day. The service is horrible at this location. First time here which was 2 weeks ago I clearly said no cheese when they asked me if I wanted to add cheese. My order had cheese on it I didn’t have time to take it back being on my lunch break and I don’t eat cheese but I didnt call and complain I just went on about my day. Today I was asked 3 times in a row do you want cheese to which each time I said No. When I got to the window the person taking the money for orders was talking on her cellphone not saying anything to the customer just stuck her hand out the window took the money got the change and never said a word to me the whole exchange. 2nd window the lady giving me my bag of food apparently didn’t like I wanted some ketchup which I asked for nicely saying please and threw it in the bag and shoved my bag out and was going to close the window and I didn’t even have my drink yet the person behind her had to let her know she had my drink.
