FACT: "free breakfast" is FALSE ADVERTISING. They don't have a breakfast. FACT: "seasonal pool" is FALSE ADVERTISING. The pool has not been filled with water in over TWO YEARS.
I have patronized this place for nearly two years. The motel is managed by a couple from India. The husband is nice but his wife is extremely greedy. Which might explain the other reviews that mention a price switch. UPDATE: It turns out that the wife is not the problem. THE OWNER is the source of the greed. The manager's wife is simply very conscientious and is bending over backwards in an effort to try and please the owner.
That's why the ad claims to have a pool, EVEN THOUGH IT'S NEVER FILLED WITH WATER. I used to be a year-round regular here for the last two years and the pool has NEVER been filled with water - EVER.
THE OWNER - Jay Patel - KNOWS that the ad is false but does nothing to correct it. The wifi is hit and miss. It works the worst during the weekends and whenever there are more guests. If you bring your computer, be sure to take along your hot spot.
In regards to some other reviews: The rooms are clean, but if you walk in and you're a smoker and you look like a scuzball they will NOT give you one of the better rooms - would you?
The Inn Towne Lodge actually has three levels of rooms. It's very likely that the reviewers who complain the most are the ones who walked in unshaven, wearing a grimly tee shirt.
Americans can be animals and if the managers suspect that you're gonna tear up their place, you will be assigned one of the rooms that they designate for those kinds of people.
The pest control man comes once a month and I've never had any bugs or bedbugs in my room. But I stay in one of the nicest rooms so I cannot vouch for the other levels.
One drawback of the managers being from India is that, IMHO, they are far too tolerant of noisy and obnoxious guests. A few months back, some guests got drunk and urinated off the back balcony. The lodge has cameras everywhere so the manager saw the atrocious behavior but failed to throw the a-holes out.
If you're a clean non-smoker, you will get one of the better rooms. But you had better confirm the price over the phone before you come. UPDATE: The greedy owner lured me into staying long-term on the premise that I would receive a discount every three weeks. After I stayed awhile, they removed the discount but never said anything.
When I reviewed my bank statements, I caught the change and brought it to the owner's attention. In so many words, he told me it was my tough luck.
If I seem irate, it's because I just got online and saw the ad for this place and I realized the owner is deliberately using FALSE ADVERTISING. The pool picture is a complete deception. There is nothing but a concrete hole. No water.
Furthermore, there's no breakfast here, let alone a "free" one. So when I put that together with the bait and switch that he pulled on me, I suddenly realized, OMG - Jay Patel - the owner is a POS.
So, if you want to give your hard-earned cash to a slick, deceptive, owner who uses false advertising, then stay here. It's cheap. But don't be surprised when you wind up getting cheated.

Read moreWe needed an inexpensive place to stay while my mother in law prepares to move on, lying in hospice with terminal cancer. We are from CO so not knowing how long we would have with her, we booked for a week to start. Everything was wrong! They advertise $132/wk but charged me $200 which they insisted I pay in cash. The pool was empty and they said it would not be filled this year due to their refusal to accommodate the handicapped. The floors were disgustingly dirty, turned our feet black after just an hour or so of walking without shoes on in the room. They gave us a "pet room" because we had to bring our dog to AR with us, again not knowing how long we would be here. The "pet room" smelled like 15,000 filthy cat boxes, the smell alone made me want to puke! When I turned the bed down so my kids could settle into bed before I left for the hospital, we discovered blood stained sheets! Are you freaking kidding me??!!! The toilet seat was smaller than the toilet, the sink and tub were chipped and stained and dusty like it had been cleaned but maybe it was cleaned a year ago. There were no towels, my kids and I had to share the one my daughter had been so wise as to bring along. Really bad mismatching furniture and burn holes everywhere. No shampoos, soaps, etc like normal hotels, no tissues and only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. I was unable to sleep most of the night because I could feel bugs biting me all night long. I would have packed the kids back up and left but they close the front desk at 10PM so there was no one to talk to to get my money back. I fell asleep probably around 5 in the morning due to being up all night with the biting bugs and they called me at 9 in the morning to ask if I was going to stay the week. They then came knocking at 10 in the morning because my dog had apparently poohed on the lawn the night before when we were moving in (I assume then because I am a very responsible pet owner and I would have cleaned it up immediately had I seen it happen) and told me to go out and pick it up, I had been sleeping when he knocked so I was forced to go out into the courtyard in front of dozens of people in very short sleep sorts, tank top and no bra to pick up the poop. My wife came over around 2PM after her shift at the hospital with Mom and the manager had the nerve to call and say that someone I had not paid for was on the property and I would have to go pay for her to be there. WHAT??!! After my wife told them about the sheets and showed them, they told me to come to the office and get my $150 (they kept $50 for the bug infested sleepless 12 hours we were there) and told us to leave. We then moved to the Motel 6 off Rogers just a few minutes away from the Inn Towne Lodge. We paid $50 more than Inn Towne asked ($250/wk) and it was AWESOME! We had a pool, the people were very friendly, they gave us clean towels and sheets anytime, welcomed our dog without making us go in a filthy, revolting "pet room", and we felt safe, never did we feel nervous or feel like we were staying in a crack motel. Long story short, even if you are broke and need a cheap place or you aren't sure how long you'll need to be in town, there are sooooo much better options available (such as Motel 6)!!! Inn Towne Lodge is revolting, unsafe, and the staff is...
Read moreThe manager and staff was very unprofessional and extremely rude, I've stayed there many times and past 2-3 times they've have me the same room which is 137 which is infested with roaches and have camera pics to prove and showed management, first occasion gave me a different room or all my money back after being very rude and then this time I called front desk after killing 9 roaches in literally 10 minutes including on the bed, dresser, shower, wall and my drink I brought in so called desk and she said I was the only one that complains and I informed her I had proof everytime of the roaches and I want a refund and she said could just give a different room and I said ok I'll come get the key to check it out, got up front and her husband said that won't give me another room will give me 10 bucks less than I paid for the room and I could go somewhere else I said no your gonna give me exactly what I paid and he said ok but your not allowed back after staying n this hotel for years on the other side and never having a problem, the manager even wanted me to do electrical work for them cause they are not up to code on electrical or by bbb and the inspectors which I know as an a electrician of many years there is a lot that don't reach code and I told him I'd be contacting them and he said yea I don't care. Worst hotel I've ever been to in my life with pics of things not meeting code and pics of the many many roaches saved and the management is the rudest most unprofessional people I've ever seen for a business that isn't at code on many state levels. Something needs to be done ASAP cause I will be following up very very soon as...
