I’m not one to jump online and bash a place because I’m angry. I did end up canceling an order at this Pizza Hut location tonight and they sent me a survey, so I thought I’d write a review too. I use to frequently order from this location because delivery zones around town dictate which store will deliver to your address or if I could pick up they had a drive thru window... I have had so many issues with this store over the years, knocking on the neighbors door, a whole lot of forgetting food, knocking then leaving with the food, out of everything you’re wanting, double charges, you name it. When i had an infant, the pick-up window was nice, but it broke some years back and I don’t think they ever fixed it. It didn’t work when I was having to haul car seats in and out to pick up food and carry baby and all the food back to the car. Each time I’ve had to talk to a new manager because they have high turn over. I’ve started going out of my way to order from the racetrack road store and I just pickup. Racetrack does contactless curbside, so they just put it in my car. It’s like night and day the difference in the way these two stores operate. Tonight I had to have delivery because I couldn’t go out for pickup, so I ordered from a diff pizza place, and to be honest, I’m just going to stick with anyone else for delivery if I can’t get to Racetrack Pizza Hut for pickup. I’m so over this Hwy 98 store. If you do go here, I hope your experiences are better than mine. I guess there’s a reason it has a total of two...
Read moreOrdered pizza on vacation to Ft. Walton. Was my husband's birthday. Just got our marriage license. It was late but we had been fishing all day and hadn't eaten. So we ordered a good amount of food. Apparently the driver came and knocked but we didn't hear him/her. So we called the restaurant and was told the driver would be back out. I was prepared to tip the driver again with cash because of having to drive back out. Hours later we still had no pizza. The phone was off due to being closed. We called back the next day and the GM said he'd refund me but couldn't until the transaction cleared my account. Called the next day and was told the manager would call back because they were busy. No problem. But never got a call. Called the next day and was hung up on. Called back and was placed on hold for 10mins. Called back and customer service put me threw but she hung up on me mid sentence also. At this point I'm irate. Finally get a manager who says he will refund me. I still haven't seen the refund almost 24 hours late. I used to be a server and work in the food industry. I hate to complain. Matter of fact I never complain. But this ruined all of Pizza Hut for me. The customer service and lack of just getting something so small taken care of, ruined it.. I wont be ordering there again even in...
Read moreExtremely rude staff! And I do not say that lightly! My family and I order from here every Friday because my 6 & 4 year old look forward to pizza night every Friday after school! We order the same thing everytime. This time there was Literally no sauce if there was.. it evaporated magically. The pizza was thin when it was supposed to be hand tossed! Never have we had an issue before. But this time we called 4 separate times! Once I called and I got a "hello" yelled at me and then hung up on me. My father then called and an employee insisted that we bring in eaten pizza in order to examine what was wrong with it. Told us we couldn't get a refund, refused to give us their name! "Lisa" the so called manager Started yelling accusing that someone was cussing at her employee. Was extremely rude, refusing to give us her name said that from this point we can call her "lisa", also said she cannot do a refund.. so on so forth. And then hung up after speaking with my mother who is also a manager at a store and told her about her customer service skills and manager skills and She went quiet then she hung up After accusing and arguing with us instead of simply handling the messed up order! Little did she know I recorded the ENTIRE conversation! From the first employee following to the...
