Hong Kong Express — Restaurant in Fort Washington

This place is terrible. I ordered online and asked for no shrimp in House Special Pancit, I am allergic to shrimp. I drove 25 minutes to pickup and then back home of course there was shrimp in my Pancit. I called Hong Kong and told them the issue. They said bring it back, I said I didn't want drive another hour to return the item, just refund the dish since I can't eat it. They said it was my fault because the kitchen can't see when you add requests to the online order. I asked how would I know that? They said just bring the food back whenever I order again. I said I don't eat chinese every day it may be awhile. The manager said if you dont bring the food back there wasn't anything he could do.

So I paid $10 for something I can't eat and if I don't bring back a weeks old dish with me I'm basically out the money. I'll never eat there again. And I will tell any and every one who will listen there customer service...

Bro that food is so good forget what everybody else is saying. I got my food deliverer and the food was piping hot. Like the chicken wings were crispy and crunchy. The Crab Rangoons were nice and hot while also being seasoned well. The French fries were crunch but some of them were soft like the good kind of soft. I would give this place 10 stars if I could while also giving the cook who made my food my first born child. The food from Hong King express never fail me. PLEASE keep this business running because the food they make is BOMB. Everyone who was eating with me were quiet the entire time that’s how you know the food is good. This place is a rip off. I ordered a large General Tso's Chicken with the $4 upgrade for house lomein instead of white rice. They gave me the smallest container for my Large General Tso's Chicken and said the large container was considered extra large. There is no where on the menu that supports that. General Tso's Chicken comes in one size for dinner. Not to cause any commotion, I took the food. When I got home the food was dry and flavorless. The general Tso's Chicken was dry and didn't have any broccoli. The house lomein was dry and awful. Though we patronize this restaurant, they don't care.
