Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maryland

I would give this Pizza Hut 0 stars if I could! AWFUL PITIFUL POOR customer service! DISGUSTING DRY SUBPAR PIZZA! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION... My husband and I called to order our pizza. The woman who answered the phone was rude and kept yawning. She did not know the products they sell. We said we'd call back and she yawned loudly before adding okay and hanging up. To avoid the incompetent phone service we ordered online and promptly found the type pizza we were seeking- which were told on the phone they did not carry. There were at least 6-7 mean sad and miserable young people behind the counter who ignored me for at least 3-5 minutes before 1 young man came to the counter. He was detached and indifferent as he unveiled the medium sized pizza. We had ordered a large. The slices looked dry and were strewn around the box. The toppings were wrong. BUT having NEVER had a negative food experience at Pizza Hut I left hoping it tasted better than it looked. The crust was like a cracker, there was little to no sauce, very little cheese and the toppings were sparse. I choked on the pizza, it was that dry! I couldn't even force myself to eat it. I gave my cat who loooves pizza a slice- she sniffed the slice then she gagged before walking away. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED ALL KINDS OF TRAINING FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CULINARY SKILLS. I wish I could get back my husband's money that he spent on that TRASH and the life minutes I wasted on even...

Despite the poor reviews, I decided to give the new Pizza Hut in Ft. Washington a try. Big mistake! I ordered online and arrived at the store in 15 min (estimated pickup time). A customer in line at the register was told her pizza was “ready”, but it could not be found. The employee (teenage girl) told the customer they would have to recook her order. When I got to the register, I was given my pizza. As I was opening the box to check my order, I asked for cheese and pepper packets and was told it would cost an additional $1.00 for each. (I said ‘no thanks’). I noticed one of my 3 pizzas was wrong (barbecue chicken instead of pepperoni) so I informed the employee and showed her my receipt. They couldn’t find my pizza either and told me it would be 10 minutes to remake it. I choose to just leave, since my other 2 pizzas would have been cold if I would’ve waited for them to remake the other one. (SMH). I tried to give them a chance, but I won’t be returning. Last night was my first time visiting this location and customer service was AWFUL!!! First - they were sold out of pan pizzas which is the main reason I even went there (how is that even possible 🤔) but despite my dissapointment I ordered a different crust. When I went in to pick it up (I ordered online), although there were at least 6 workers in the store NO ONE said anything to me for at least 5 min - eventhough they clearly saw me!! Finally a different woman came out from the back and noticing me standing there asked if I had been helped. She then came forward and helped me then chastised the workers saying "all of you were here and no one helped?" If I could give zero stars I would have.
