I have been coming here for years, and I have never experienced the treatment I received today, when I walked in the door it was no line and a few customers were standing and sitting waiting on their orders, I approached the register and placed my order with a gentleman whom appeared to be maybe Philippine and wore glasses, he was agitated when I asked if they have party wings? He responded No and pointed to the whole wings, so after I placed my order I sat down and waited, the customers whom were waiting got their orders and received a bag with condiments and utensils, when my order was ready he called my number and left my food on the counter, I asked nicely may I get a bag for my food. He took a long pause and didn’t respond, I said what’s wrong? he said the bag is .15 I said that’s no problem I watched you bag the other customers food and it’s an issue cause I’m asking for a bag, he said they paid for the bag I watched the whole time they did not pay for the bag, so I attempt to give him the money for the bag. He said leave it on the counter and he walked away. He put my food in the bag and didn’t give me any condiments or utensils. I honestly felt he treated me this way do to my race, the other customers were a different race and one appeared to be a Philippine he smiled and greeted them. Read moreFor the second time during the covid pandemic, I found myself searching for a great meal that MASH offers.
On two different occasions I noticed the same individual who was serving the food not wearing gloves. On 1/19/2020 I first came and saw the individual serving food this day not wearing gloves and I asked the cashier to make sure the server at least serves my food with gloves. He told the server but the server continued to prep the food without gloves.
I work at the sanitizing department at my job and several employees have caught covid 19 so this is a huge deal for me. I approached the gentleman again politely and asked him could be put on gloves and he looked at me, said ok, and continued to prep without gloves on.
I also noticed the lady beside him not wearing gloves either. Fearing my health and during this pandemic I was forced to ask for a refund and leave the business.
I felt unappreciated as a customer and invaluable. The customer service was horrible especially because this is not the first time I had to ask this gentleman to wear the proper attire when serving food. I called to speak with a manager later but got no answer. I will be...
Read moreI’ve been going to MASH, previously Kabobs, for years and where I used to consider this place a gem, once the name changed so did everything else, especially the quality of food. I ordered dinner, reluctantly, again today hoping it was just an adjustment period attributing to the flavor of their food changing, but nope. It was actually nasty & I would have felt better if it was ok. You may want to take into consideration that I am vegetarian. The most meat I’ve had from them is the salmon kabob & fried fish, which I stopped getting because the flavor severely declined & I always found myself chewing on bones. None the less, the sides don’t taste the same. The rice tastes ehh, spinach flavorless & pumpkin used to be sweet and tender but is now bitter and hard. I thought the other times they were having a bad day but it seems to be a consistent bad day, everyday. I truly feel like I wasted my money & it’s sad because I used to love this place and the people/workers who used to be like family (who are also gone now).
