I used to go here relatively often because it was the nearest location to where I live! As late as 3 years ago, the service was decent especially compared to other locations and other businesses, but thanks to the ignorance of how society has fouled things up thanks to the covid epidemic 2 years ago, this place and just about every one of the other locations throughout the town has has shrank and worsened as far as quality and value! This location is not the only location that that has honestly given up on making sure that the soda pop is fresh during during operation hours, but I was hoping that they would stand out among the crowd. Unfortunately the management and the management and that includes regional district on up to corporate, has basically shown that they don't care about customer service like they should! It doesn't matter whether it's just after opening or 2 minutes before closing, at no point throughout the daily operation hours should soda pop whether Coke or any brand taste flat or extra sweet or extra tangy! Unless all of these fast food joints decide to go super cheap as far as how much they're going to charge per meal or per item, they all need to actually quit being lazy and make sure throughout the entire hours of operation that the soda pop is proper and decent! Doesn't matter whether Coke or Pepsi root beer or Diet Coke, it should not taste flat at all! They need to actually do a real investigation to find out if it is employee error and ignorance or it is the processing plants that are causing problems!!! If someone comes back around through the drive-thru especially since the store manager or manager on duty who has control of the dining room doors, goes and doesn't want the dining room open, if the customer comes the drive-thru, they need to be properly waited on and the cashiers at the window and at the registers need to go and actually make sure that the foul Item is replaced with a fresh item! Due largely to the price of gas I'm not going to make a second trip up to the same arby's and hope or even believe that they are going to actually fix...
   Read moreOn 8/7 around 6pm I placed an online order. I came inside to pick it up. It was clear that they were behind on orders as it was peak dinner time. Staff were incredibly nice & apologetic for the wait. Itâs very easy to get overwhelmed during a dinner rush but the team worked together beautifully to execute everyoneâs order. They used closed loop communication to let everyone in the kitchen know what was going on so no one was confused as to what they were supposed to be doing. They spoke to each other like they were in a higher end restaurant. It was really refreshing. I wish I had caught their names because they were so polite to each other & to the customers. It isnât seen too often nowadays. It appeared that they actually enjoyed their job & respected each other. I heard one guy even came in last minute on his day off to help. I asked them to make the sandwich with no sauce or anything on it .I got to the window the young lady at the window rang up the wrong price I politely asked her to fix it, and she did. Then I got my food and I checked to make sure the beef n cheddar had no sauce and and nothing on it like I asked. There was Arby's cheddar cheese sauce on it I asked if they could remake it . They then kept trying to make me feel like this was my fault that "the cheese is not considered sauce ." Please look up on Google what you call it because I did and it's Arby's cheddar cheese sauce.
