Typically I do not leave bad reviews but I do not tolerate rudeness or argumentive employees when I am paying for a service. I I just left the drive through at 500pm and placed an order for the 2 for $6 option. I asked the cashier that was taking my order if she could give me a second. She politely did. I finally placed my order asking for the 4pc Mac & Cheese bites and a chicken sandwich no lettuce. Once I got to the drive thru she gave me the total amount for $13 and change. I politely said is it not 2 for $6. She responded abruptly restating my order for 2 orders of Mac & cheese and a chicken sandwich repeating the price for each item. I then replied stating I just wanted an order of Mac and cheese and the sandwich for 2 for $6. She then rudely ( my perspection) said" That's not what I heard you say"! So do you not want etc etc. Her inflection in her voice was not Polite. I declined the order and said that's okay. You are there to serve and provide excellent service to your customers. I am a small business owner and this is not excellen service. I know exactly what I asked for and then to sit and want to be argumentative in a drive through is unnecessary. Acting is if the coupon was such an inconvenience or if they were paying for it themselves. Get it together arbys. I used these mailed coupons " This one is in us" Becuase the other location cant keep ROAST BEEF available. Thinking a differnet location would provide better accurate seevice based on my lrevious visit it a differnet location would be a better experience. Wrong! A large potato cake comes with 4 not 2 cakes. Ive eaten enough arbys to know what comes in an order. The poor attitude it the window. The lack of napkins. Basic items used when serving food. Sauces after asking 3 times. And attitude when stating youd pay the differnce in the cost of a small and large combo. And a teaspoon of Au jus just enough to cover the bottom of the paper cup used to serve it in. Id rather eat somewhere else at this point. My options are endless. The employees who were present were excellent as well aside from a little drama going on in the kitchen (none of my business). Someone needs to hire these poor folks some counter help. They were very busy in the drive thru and had a couple of large tables seated inside. Honestly the lack of employees is my only complaint. Everyone who was there appeared to be doing their darndest to keep food going out the door. I timed my order from the time it was placed until the time I recieved the food. It was 17min 54sec waiting patiently at the counter. I feel that is too long to call it fast food. But it was good food and fresh from an employee with a smile and a positive attitude.
