Eric in the Glenbrook Mall in Fort Wayne, IN was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband bought my engagement ring and wedding band over 15 years ago from another jewelry store. After having my ring for a few years I needed it resized and what should of been a very easy fixed turned into a horrible nightmare. I can't explain the emotions and frustration we had with this other jewelry store. They dropped out warranty and we hadn't been back in like 11 years. Well we had to go back to the other jewelry store today because I lost 2 diamonds out of my ring. We found today that this particular jewelry store in Glenbrook is closing later this month and all there customers are being sent over to Kay's. Therefore my husband and I went over there and work with Eric. He found our lost long warranty. He granted us our warranty back, and my ring will be fixed in about a week. We couldn't be happier. Went online and could have gotten the same discount promotion that was currently going on, but it wasn't visible anywhere in the store. Therefore, I wasted almost 2 hrs letting them teach me about rings and negotiate a price that was currently a sale price. The next day I went in to return it and go buy it at different Kay's location (because the Kay's warranty is great deal) and the Glenbrook mall one decided that they could do an extra 10% to keep me.
