Store 136 has the rudest staff. I called to enquire about an online order that was being sized and they had absolutely no clue about it. I received a text indicating my order was ready so I called to verify. They spoke down to me for not knowing how their system worked as they SLOWLY navigated their system. On a completely separate purchase my sister made, the earrings broke in 3 days. Upon arriving at the store to return them they again had no clue of what they were doing. He had my sister go behind the counter to help him on the computer when he couldn't figure it out. We had all details of purchase, order and SKU #'S. We let him know we had a time constraints when he tried to stop helping us for another customer, he said we could leave if we wanted and come back later. I took my band in yesterday to get soldered back together, she acted as if they couldn’t find the insurance I purchased. Mind you I’ve sent my ring out multiple times before and never had an issue, very unprofessional. I also handed her my diamond solitaire that needed to be sent out with the band. Never even inspected either my band or solitaire. Didn’t check prongs or anything. I looked at my receipt she handed me and realize she only added one ring on the ticket. She never added my Solitaire. So if I would’ve caught it, who knows what would’ve happened to my diamond ring!
