I went there at 610pm today to pick up a delivery order, and two of the employees looked right at me, i even tried to get one pf the employee's packing the food, attention multiple times and she pretend not to hear me, after 25 mins of wait and past the pick up time of 630pm and a delivery time of 645pm, i finally get one employee to recognize that I am standing there. I give her the name of the person im picking up for, and politely asked for an estimated Time frame, only to be met with a rude response of "well we are busy and short staffed so we can't tell you how much longer it will be", so I explained to her that i have an expected delivery time and need to inform my customer of the delay and provide an estimated time to him, and she's rudely responds with " well i cant give you that, our drive thru is wrapped around and there is 4 mobile orders before we can even see the one you are here for" i call my support team to get them to at least find out how long and they call 4 times, with no answer! I walk back in ten mins later and they were getting the order packed. I say thank you, and she rolls her eyes at me like i was the one who did something wrong, instead of apologizing to me about the attitude and and the delay. UNBELIEVABLE! ARE UOU KIDDING ME, WITH THIS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IN THE SERVICE FIELD!!!!! All she or one of the 8 employees had to say, was "im sorry for the delay, we are short staffed, however we will do our best to have your order ready in about 10-20 mins, or half hour or an hour and would appreciate your patience!" I WOULD HAVE FREAKING UNDERSTOOD, but Nooooo, being rude and unprofessional is much easier then polite and respectful and...
Read moreWhere to begin.... well first the girl at the register sees I’m with my entire family & after ordering ONE kids meal, she rudely asked “is that all” . I tell her no and finish ordering. Then the ice machine was completely empty, we waited 10 min to get 3 pieces of ice in each cup from behind the counter. So I asked her if Ice cost extra. All tables were dirty, they had a sanitizing bowl on a table so we cleaned our own table. Then she gets a bucket of ice, sits it next to the ice machine while she finally washes tables & a customer sticks her hand in the bucket and yet they still put that bucket into the ice machine. Then 15 minutes later our order is FINALLY ready , we were missing 2 large fries and the guy at the counter rudely ignored me plus a man complaining about missing food. They gave me 2 small fries at this point I just took the small fries and went to the table. Then the guy goes to the bathroom , walks back behind the counter finishing pulling his pants up and hooks his belt. All in plain site of customers. Normally this is my go to Burger King after witnessing that, I Will NEVER return to...
Read moreI went inside because it wasn't busy thinking it would be easier than dealing with a coupon through the Drive-Thru but after waiting for 5 minutes while staff fumbled with the order ahead of me trying to figure out how to apply a discount and watching the entire crew moving around with zero sense of urgency, I went back to my car to try my chances where I at least couldn't see how bad it was going. I thought I managed to get everything accurately from the person who took my order in Drive-Thru. To his credit, everything was documented correctly, even on the individual sandwich tickets. However, after waiting for 10 minutes for my order, when I got to my destination and went to bite into my Whopper with NO ONIONS, there clearly were onions on all of them. For me, it's a GI issue, so I just pulled them off. But if someone had a food allergy, you're poisoning them just by putting them on there to begin with. You've ruined their meal, they can't eat a single burger. So to whoever was dressing those burgers: read your...
